I could not cancel because of a tight schedule. I was told over the phone that the rate was based on truck volume. With the truck half full, I could not judge the volume my junk would take, and neither could the junk team. I was over charged! Clean up was far below acceptable standards, and the team taking my stuff was unorganized. I do not recommend got-junk for the San Diego area.
