They do have butchers there to help you with fresh portions but be sure to ask if there is frozen variety just in case fresh won't work for your shopping trip. They have a wonderful gluten free section with pantry items like pancake mix to pasta but they also have a freezer section with desserts, entrees, and pizzas. The staff is always so friendly and they are disability friendly when hiring so that always makes me feel seen.
