They have plenty of seating to fit all of us, and they offer alot of high top tables as well for people playing Warhammer. Its always busy in here, they have pretty good pricing on snacks and drinks, and they always have the latest drops usually for new sets as well. The guys that work here are also super chill, we come in enough that they know us somewhat. Always super nice, and help out with anything we might need. If we are there super late, sometimes they lock us in on the table side of the store and just have us use the back door when we leave so it doesn't interrupt our game we are wrapping up. 10/10 one of our favorite card shops in KCMO to come and play at.

I found a pass on Groupon for a group of 4 that was $25. My kids enjoyed it. However, my 3 yr old got bored due to not understanding the games but that did not stop anything because they even had a toy room for the little kids. The part that stood out most was being able to leave and reenter during the day because it's in the mall. This is great for family's that may have someone who wants to be at the mall but not wait by the dressing room while you shop. I will definitely be revisiting once all the kids return to school so that I can be a big kid too.

My son and I went on a Friday night and played for a little over two hours until closing. We had a blast. They have around 30 arcade cabinets, two pinball machines, two skee-ball lanes, retro consoles like the Sega Genesis, NES, and PlayStation, plus modern consoles like the Nintendo Switch and more. If you have little ones, there are a couple of small playrooms with toys for toddlers. They also have board games and a party room for birthdays and other events. Admission was only $10 for me and $5 for my son, and it's unlimited play all day. You can come and go as you please . . . grab food at the food court or a nearby restaurant, then come back and keep playing. It's so rare to find an affordable arcade that's truly family-friendly. I love Up-Down, but since it's 21+, I can't take my kids there. This place is an amazing hidden gem in the Kansas City area. They've also added a $4 non-player admission, which is perfect if you just want to bring the kids and relax with a book while they play.

If you are looking for quality toys that are NOT electronic, you need to visit this retailer…read more I found them quite by accident. Our local library branch has a phenomenal play area in the children's section with wonderful wooden toys that keep children of all ages engaged. I've watched so many children play with these toys - and they sure did hold up well. My granddaughter's favorite was the doll house, so I went on a quest to locate a wooden doll house for her that was like the one at the library. After visiting multiple local stores and searching online, I came up empty-handed. I finally corralled one of the librarians on our next trip to the library. "Where did you get these wonderful toys?" And she told me: Constructive Playthings. After months of searching, I finally found the exact doll house I was looking for. Constructive Playthings also carries a wide variety of manipulatives, art supplies, blocks, dramatic play, science and music toys. The price was right for the doll house, but when ordering from this site (https://constructiveplaythings.com/), you do have to pay shipping (which can get kind of expensive, especially with heavy items). So worth it, though, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Ordering was easy; tracking and shipping details were regularly provided and my order arrived exactly when it was supposed to. High quality, too -- no particle board or cheap shortcuts. So impressed! I would gladly order from Constructive Playthings again. I encourage any parent or grandparent that is looking for educational - NON-TECH - toys for their little ones to also give them a look. You'd be amazed not only at the quality of these toys, but also at the hours of fun and discovery that your children will enjoy.
