They are located in a really small building which can be easily missed even though it is painted in red. The walk from my hotel was not terrible but because they are fairly new, not a lot of people in the area know they exist or where they are located so you will need to do your research or see if the front desk of your hotel can write you directions. Luckily it was only the top glass that had broken and it would only take 30-45 minutes to repair. We left our phone and returned after enjoying many of the other shops in the area. They had our phone ready as promised. We unlocked the phone and they ran a series of tests to ensure everything was working. Our receipt had a checklist of several things that he checked off one by one. We were able to fully inspect the phone and encouraged to test everything ourselves before making our payment. We were so pleased with the quick, friendly, and efficient service. They also sell a bunch of accessories for electronics.

I was told that the job can be completed in either 2 days or 7 days. 2. The price for 2 days is $420.00 and 7 days is $365.00. I chose the 2 day option because I needed my laptop for work. 3. My laptop was not return in 2 days with an explanation of they ordered a defective part, with no other option but to let them continue the repair. 4. I was called to pickup my laptop 7 days after the service time he agreed. When I asked to speak to miguel about my issue. I was denied by someone by his front desk. Which could not speak any English whatsoever and had use google translation and calling everyone else except miguel to address my issue. How convenient? 5. I was finally able to speak to Miguel. I asked if could get back the difference between the $420.00 and $365.00. I was not even asking for a refund. just the fact that you could not provide the service you agreed to. 6. his reply was no and that things happen, he could not provide the difference because he would be operating at a lost. He could only offer a discount if I break another device. Even though he ordered the wrong screen, because now he saying it came without a camera. So i am not sure what the excuse was about fixing my laptop. He also blamed the company where he is getting his screens from but then admitted they reimbursed him for wrong item. I am only one who took a lost on this transaction. I advise anyone to not do this kind of business with them. they are not honest with the service they offer or provide at all. He Is just middle man trying to take advantage of customers. The person that actually does the repair is not even working in the store. The first red flag was the fact he asked if I could pay with Zelle instead of a card transaction. He continued rejecting my calls, I would call the store and he would just continuously hang up the phone. I am firm believer in helping small businesses but then they do stuff like this and it is hard to support them.

I was here a few times between 2008-09 to have the roller ball on my old Blackberry repaired. I…read moredropped my Blackberry a few times, and it perhaps was damaged in various other ways, so both the original ball and the circular thing that surrounds it needed to be fixed or replaced. This is the first place I visited to have it looked at. The ball was repaired/replaced, though I believe I was charged $30-something, or perhaps $40. That seemed pretty steep to me, but the fixed phone worked just as well as the original, so I didn't mind much. Since I'm a little bit of a klutz, I ended up damaging the repaired phone at some later point and had to come back here for a 2nd repair. The second fix also cost just as much, if not more than, the 1st. I still paid for it, though I now am avoiding future repairs to the Blackberry thanks to my switch to iPhone. The store sells various phones and phone accessories. The people who repaired the Blackberry during my visits worked quickly and efficiently and were helpful. The price of the repairs did catch me off guard, though. I was not expecting that, especially the first time I was here. This store is located across Fairbanks Ave. from Fiddler's and next door to Winter Park Cleaners. The business now may be called We Fix Phones - I'm unsure if AAA City Communications remains its official name. (The signage above the front door reads "We Fix Phones" - some advertising signs on the sidewalk outside also suggest that it goes by that name.) I tried to look up this business on Yelp this afternoon but could not find it, so I Googled its phone number. That led me to a MySpace link, which suggested that the business' name was/is AAA City Communications ... and that's how I came to write a review here. No matter the exact name, this place should be able to help you with cell phone repairs, though I'm unsure of the rates other than what is charged for a new Blackberry roller ball.

Super clean store, great customer service, the owners run the business and they told me know to worry.
