I…read morecalled and spoke to Ramm about getting our old outdated electric panel replaced and relocated outside my house instead of in my master bedroom closet. He came by and looked at what and where we needed his services and then was able to prepare a quote on what it would cost. Ramm messaged me the quote that evening after looking it over i was pleased with the quote and accepted it. We then agreed on a day for the job to be completed. Working with the city for permits. And i scheduled the temporary power disconnect with the power company and a reconnect for that afternoon. Ramm and his helper Frank arrived early on monday so he could be here when the power was disconnected. They got started on replacing and relocating the power panel. Which was an all day job i didnt realize it was such a complex job. They worked all day on the project and was ready for the city inspector and past the inspection with no problem. The city then released the House to be reconnected to the power grid. I can not stress enough how pleased i am with the QUALITY of the work and how good it all looks. And now i feel much safer in my home with my elderly Mother living with me with a new updated electric panel that is up to current code. I have a 2 month old baby at home, and without me even asking, Will made a point to work on the opposite side of the house while the baby napped--he even shut doors to help keep things quiet. That level of consideration is so rare and so appreciated! Beyond that, Will went above and beyond in so many ways. I was struggling to hang a baby gate and he kindly offered to help--and hung it in minutes. When our movers were having a hard time getting a heavy gun safe up the stairs, Will didn't hesitate to jump in and help them get it moved safely. His work was top-notch, and at a great price! He replaced all our outlets and switches, updated our breaker boxes, installed new plugs for our TVs, and even added extra outlets in areas where there just weren't enough. He also worked on our smoke detectors and installed lighting for us. Every time he noticed something that wasn't quite right (left behind by whoever did the electrical before... obviously not a professional, who left a lot of mess to clean up) he explained what the issue was clearly and always had a smart, safe solution.
