He responded to my online request about Ring Doorbell and Nest Thermostat issues the same day. He made me feel assured that he could fix the problems. Jesse gave me a very good quote to come out and fix both issues. Another company was going to charge me big $$ just to come out and diagnose it and charge me more per hour than Jesse charged me for the whole project! Jesse came out first thing the very next morning and got my Ring Doorbell and Nest Thermostat working again. I was so grateful because a different company had me wait a week with no A/C for my appointment and then never showed up.
