The big picture is that Fast Eddie's is a good sports bar and a happening party on Friday nights. They have good servers and good drink specials. Fast Eddie's is a good place to watch football, drink beer, and eat bar food. Then, at night, it becomes a pretty packed bar with lots of young, attractive people. I just can't figure out why they let me in haha. The bartenders were very good. they were quick, efficient, and friendly. Especially Tori! Tori had us crying from laughing so hard and always made sure we had drinks if we wanted them. she even recommended a good bar to go to for later that night which was also awesome. Fast Eddie's is close to Gonzaga so they get a good, fun crowd. the food was good. I got a chicken bacon artichocke sandwich that was good but not great. part of that is probably my fault because I requested a different kind of cheese which could have totally thrown off the sandwiches mojo. some bites were better than others but overall it was good. and that was only one item on the menu which had many other burgers and sandwiches. their fries are really delicious. like really good. their nachos looked fantastic as well. read more

I was in Spokane for a weekend basketball trip hosted by the Spokane Club. Originally being from Seattle and not being too much of a clubbing guy I still wanted to experience a bar with a fun atmosphere. I ended up speaking with one of the locals at the tournament and she suggested that my friends and I check out Fast Eddies. I was skeptical at first being my first visit to Spokane I stopped into Fast Eddies and was not impressed, however I was assured that Fast Eddies was under new ownership and was not the same bar that it has been in the past. Needless to say I was not disappointed by her recommendation. I could tell that Fast Eddies was completely different compared to my first visit. Since it was a Saturday night the bar was absolutely packed and made it hard to find a place to sit. There are about four very large round tables that are great for large parties and we were able to snag one of those and share half of our table with another group of people. Our cocktailer was very attentive and always made sure that our drinks were full, I did not have to walk up to the bar top once in order to get a drink, not to mention that the female employees are also not hard on the eyes. I was also impressed by the amount of entertainment that the bar as to offer. The had a foos ball table, pool table, a few different video arcade games including a punching bag type of game which was pretty entertaining. Also a Juke box that we discovered that we could play music straight from our smart phones to the Juke box, lazy I know but we had a lot of fun with that. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Spokane so I can try out the food at Fast Eddies which I was not able to. All orders that were coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. How can you walk into fast eddies, and walk out unsatisfied? This bar really does have it all, whether it is the amazing staff, the atmosphere, the food that you want to keep eating until 2 in the morning. I have spent countless nights here enjoying the vibe that it brings and the joy of all the people when they are here. The reasonable prices are amazing as they have some of the lowest priced drinks in the area. The staff is very friendly and want to actually know your name and not treat you like another guy trying to get some girls number. ZERO stars. Please report all incidents of violence and intolerance at this bar OR the other owner's bar, Borracho's down the street. After a waitress yelled at our group for acting so "entitled" simply because we were asking for service, a patron proceeded to shove my husband from behind so hard that he literally flew into the table in front of him. Strangely enough a girl recorded it on her phone even before the guy standing next to her assaulted my husband. This was by far the most hostile and bizarre situation a group of middle aged people who are NOT rowdy ever encountered. A bouncer never asked us to leave. We were assaulted and left. Violence and intolerance are so rampant that someone might be seriously hurt - read the reviews - other people have experienced this there. My group is not "entitled" and I have no idea why an employee would yell at us for this? Report all incidents - write letters to the city council, the mayor, the chief of police. As we were fleeing, we were screamed at by the bouncers of Borracho's on the street and told to "STAY THE FUCK OFF OUR BLOCK!"...Really??? So who is acting entitled? Had to stop here as part of a pub crawl event and one of their asshole staff started giving us crap. Apparently they get pissy if you just want to start off with some water. The bartender has gone too all the other people except me over one, he has seen me, and has not come over to ask me if I'd like another beer. If I could give this place a giant ZERO I would. I have been to this bar a few times (by choice of the people I'm with unfortunately) and every time I have received nothing short of TERRIBLE service. Last night took the cake when my friend, who by the way was only on her first drink of the night, ordered an Irish Trashcan (those aren't cheap) and was given an ice water AFTER they took her $7. By the time she caught the bartenders attention again they refused to make the drink she actually ordered because there was "No receipt proving she purchased an Irish Trashcan". I don't know about the rest of you, but I've never been to a bar that prints out detailed receipts of every drink purchased. Disgrunted to say the least we finished what we had left and vacated the bar for a place that would give us real service. I highly recommend skipping this bar unless you're prepared to wait a minimum of 10-20mins to get a drink (regardless of how packed the bar is), want snotty remarks from the wait staff, and enjoy paying outrageous prices for watered down drinks or just for an ice water outright. I'm NEVER coming back to this establishment and if you're smart, you wouldn't even think of checking it out. Skip it. read more
