I've only been here for live music over the years. Service is fine. They serve standard bar food. Bartenders are friendly, but honestly you need to know which one to go to. Some are more knowledgeable and creative than others Safe. Casual atmosphere. Very laid back. Sneakers allowed. You can reserve a table or seating in the very front. Or stand, grab a seat along the side, or sit on the covered pool tables. Good times!!

Typical it's a nice day at eddies. Get your drink, snack on some good food. But that was not the case this Saturday when my friend couldn't enjoy the night with us due to his sweater. You see, we were told that because his sweater said security and because it was close in appearance with the working security he could not stay unless he A) took it off B) changed his shirt He had no shirt under that sweater Lol so he had to walk across the street to BUY ONE WTF DO BETTER EDDIES

Came here to watch the fight. This place is ok no frills or thrills. Just your local bar. I was very very bothered by the fact there was no music playing at first and once the fight started the DJ and go go band wants to start playing. Everyone including myself else were very aggravated because there was a 25 cover for the ladies and 30 for the men to come in and watch the fight. And watch was all we did no sound just go go music. The food is lack luster and not fresh in my opinion. But what gets them a 3stars are the drinks, the bartender fixes some good cocktails.

Best kept secret. Relaxed local place, live band, great happy hour and good dinner food.

Come for happy hour and stay for the entertainment. I've had a great time a few times here. Pork chop dinner was good and fried calamari. Bar tenders were friendly.

I'm very impressed! This will be a restaurant during the day and club at night. Nice pool tables, food, drinks and more. There is an upstairs and downstairs. You can also rent out the place.

When Rare Essence makes an appearance with the rest of the GoGo bands, get there EARLY to secure a table.

Upon our arrival around 10 minutes before 8 PM, we were asked for identification as we proceeded to the bar. Everything seemed fine until we left around 10:11 PM. As my husband retrieved his cigarettes from his coat pocket and grabbed our clear food container, a security guard, a heavy-set gentleman in a purple sweatshirt and blue jeans, without any visible identification or formal security apparel, hustled behind us, inquiring about a drink cup. Despite having food, we were treated with suspicion. A second security personnel member followed (Not schedule to work named Charles W.), dressed in casual street clothes without any visible identification or formal security apparel adding to the discomfort with an aggressive demeanor. I voiced my concern, stating, "We are not like that." This wasn't just an innocent misunderstanding; it felt like profiling. As my husband enjoyed his cigar, the second security guard continued to watch us, which was both unwarranted and unsettling. In an environment that claims to embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, we saw none of that during our visit. Questions for the owner of Hideaway Restaurant: 1. Why do your security staff not wear recognizable uniforms or badges? How are patrons supposed to identify your security personnel? 2. What protocols are in place to ensure that all staff, especially security, are trained in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion standards? 3. How do you handle incidents of alleged profiling or discrimination, and what measures are taken to address such concerns? 4. Can you explain the training procedures for security personnel regarding interactions with patrons, especially in terms of recognizing and addressing possible biases? 5. What actions will you take to ensure that no other patrons experience what we did? 6. Are your security personnel certified and properly trained according to Maryland state regulations? We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, irrespective of their background. I urge everyone who has faced similar issues to share their stories. Please share your thoughts and experiences as we stand together against harassment and discrimination!

"Why did it have to snow tonight?! We're stuck in this hospital...when we should be following that…read moremonster's trail," Roberto DaCosta (Sunspot) shook with anger as he expressed a desire to seek revenge against who or what attacked their teammate, Danielle Moonstar, leaving her on an operating table on the brink of death. "Waste o' time, Bobby, you won't find the critter there," Sam Guthrie (Cannonball), the oldest of the teenagers that make up the New Mutants, responded, "It'll be here." "What are you talking about, Sam? Explain yourself!" "Stands t' reason, ever since we've known her, Dani's had a special fear of a spirit bear she said murdered her parents. None of us really really gave the story much credit, after all who believes in magic?" Sam paused oh so slightly before continuing. " 'Cept Illyana's a real witch, an' we fought demons and sorceresses. Maybe Dani wasn't kidding." Sam shifted his tone to reveal his evidence. "Illyana tells me Dani spent the last week or so in the Danger Room fighting bears! T'night, she walked out into a [winter] storm, alone, armed with a bow an' arrows an' wearing war paint! And got mauled. We were wrong t' doubt her. We should'a listened, we should'a seen the signs." Whenever my wife and I visit a restaurant or bar for the first time, whether we are there by ourselves or--in this case--treated to a meal by our favorite neighbors--I can count on her to sort through, heed, and pick up on every nuance in every aspect of culinary service that is there to be sensed. In this case, at the Dockside Restaurant & Sports Bar at 421 Deale Road in Maryland, the food was mostly wonderful, and the prices were more than reasonable for this economy. What prevents Dockside from receiving at least four stars was primarily the service. Two orders of fries, one sweet potato and one regular, weren't hot; and although our waitress reluctantly brought one of the orders back to exchange it for a new batch, the fries didn't taste any warmer. Our other host ordered his crabcake lightly-fried, only for it to be brought out broiled. He still enjoyed it, but it wasn't exactly what he wanted or ordered. By the end of the meal, it became obvious that, if we return, we need to ask for Sarah, who, although she was tending the bar and wasn't even our waitress, still brought one of our neighbors a fresh cup of Pepsi Zero that she could take on our return trip home. Sarah also exhibited a great sense of humor, an attentiveness and an attention to detail, and, most importantly, remembered with pleasure our hosts, who have dined there frequently. Apart from the pumpkin cheesecake, which was so infused with nutmeg and pumpkin spice that even Linus from Peanuts couldn't have tasted the pumpkin, and the lukewarm fries, our meals were terrific. I devoured the perfectly-seasoned shrimp from the fried shrimp platter; everyone loved their onion rings and their cream of crab and Maryland crab soups; and we all agreed that the crabcakes, boiled and fried, were scrumptious.
