There is also plenty to keep you entertained in terms of bar games. They have TVs all over the place and are pretty good at finding the game you want to watch. They have food and snacks in case you get hungry. It's typical pub grub and fairly forgettable. But at least you can order food. Alright, now on to trivia. Every Tuesday night at 7PM they have pub trivia. This is what has kept me coming back week after week. The set up is simple, easy, and free to play. First and second place get gif cards ($50 and $25 respectively). It would be cool to see third place get something small but I'm not complaining. One of the coolest aspects of trivia, is that week in and week out you have the same teams showing up. I've found it be incredibly fun and strongly suggest you check it out.

I politely asked the waitress to come over and I explained my disappointment. She was SOOO extremely polite and attentive. She called a manager, who I repeated my question to. She was also EXTREMELY polite and attentive and did absolutely everything to correct the situation. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the district manager was on site. He interceded & proceeded to acknowledge and address our situation. To me, it was minor inconvenience, but this restaurant handled it with class, grace, and a huge amount of professionalism. I give a top tier review to them! I've never been disappointed at this location, but today they went above and beyond! If you're ever dining at Texas Firehouse in Amarillo, Tx on Coulter... You'd be lucky to be served by Valerie! I don't know the manager or district manager's names, but they were top tier too!!! Highly recommend! 10/10 for sure!

Even though being a bar he was very annoying and loud about it. We were there with family and children. I asked another female waitress about it & she mentioned he'd been working there for some time, don't know how that's possible but if it were my establishment, I wouldn't tolerate that behavior. Period. Some youngster these days need serious etiquette, manners & put in their place. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant/bar as a first choice. Really ruined the whole dinning experience.
