Here are the reasons why: - Staff greet you and get you set up. Don't forget Insurance card and ID. - Registration area- Every staff member makes sure you are there for the right test and will call your doctor if there are any issues. They also keep you posted with any changes. -The technicians and staff that does the testing will check again and make sure you are okay before and after the test is done. Yes, trying to get an appointment on the phone is rough and difficult. Do not give up. When calling to schedule appointment we had two tests to be done and could only get appointments with two separate locations. When we got to the appointment and told them what happened, They helped us out and we got both test done here. There is a parking lot with an attendant on premise. Just remember. Tests like PET Scans are done at other another location and not on this site.

I was very impressed that they had free Valet Parking there, like what! That's amazing because it's pretty difficult to find parking in the area so I loved that they offer this! Not to mention the valet attendant was so kind and assured me that if anything happens to any of the cars, the valet company would be held responsible. I walked in eager to check in. Unfortunately I didn't have the images I needed as I was there for a follow up visit and forgot to get my medical records from my previous provider. I didn't want to have to reschedule my appointment but the lady who checked me in was kind enough to accommodate me even if I waited a little longer but they were able to call my doctor and request what was needed. My mammogram/sonogram techs were both amazing and so knowledgeable. They explained the entire process, made sure I was comfortable and answered any and all doubts I had. I was so happy to be seen and that everything went smoothly. Thank you to the entire staff for kindness and support.

A few days before my appointment they called to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival at 9:20am for my 9:30 appointment I filled out the usual paperwork and was called within 10 minutes. The Front Desk staff and Shawn the MRI technician were super nice and made me feel very comfortable. The whole procedure lasted about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place if you need an MRI.

Usually, centers will use both health plan and Medicare but ZPR will charge the most amount, apply the plans and still have patients pay the excessive amount not covered. Call your health plan first and opt for another radiology center, perhaps one TRULY in network. Do not rely on ZPR to answer, they say they are in network but charge the most. Other radiology centers that we have since used have not charged so excessively.

When you enter, there is a security guard and a large space before you enter the elevator. 2nd fl is for mammograms. When you get there, go check in and you will provide your id and insurance, sign two papers and then wait in a larger waiting room. They had sanitizer, lotion, trash can and tissues in that room. I was quickly called and then went into a tiny room where i was given instructions on how to remove my top and put on the gown And put all my belongings in a plastic bag they gave me. I was told to go into a room, number two for my exam. Once I entered, I put my stuff down on the chair and took my gown. They asked me if I had deodorant on and I said no. Then they did The exam which was two pictures from the top and two pictures on the side for each breast. Since this was my first one, I think they said that it would be tighter and the baseline for the future. The mammogram didn't take very long ~15min and then i left, there's nothing else you need to do. The staff was kind and polite.

I went to the 3rd floor and they were so many empty chairs but once again I was told I couldn't bring a chair downstairs. The 6 chairs are also placed on the side of the window so while you're waiting the sun is burning on your back and face the whole time. The front desk is also very disorganized. They are rude and they take a long time just to check everyone in. What's was even more frustrating when they finally call your name they take you to another waiting area with many available seats. From where I sat I saw two technicians in a room discussing a case but with no patient in the room. Down the hall there was a dr/technician in a room that I never saw anyone walk into. He had the door open and had a very bad cool. He kept hacking up a lung every few seconds, then blowing his nose and coughing uncontrollably. I was starting to get very worried this guy was going to do my consultation. Let alone the fact that he is coughing and going to infect the rest of the people on this floor!!!!!! I was really few seconds short of high tailing out of there. Very grossed out. If you are sick stay home and don't come in to share your germs with the rest of your patients. Receptionist came down to the dungeon to tell me after 1 hr that they are going to see me shortly.
