Royal's tech was scheduled to arrive between 11-2 on Saturday. Instead, he was early. His name is German Titov and he was courteous, meticulous and efficient. He quickly removed and disassembled the unit. He then replaced the magnetron with a new one. A quick test with a glass of water (yes - it was hot!) and then German reassembled and replaced the unit in its space. Super fast, super correct. He also did a quick reprogram on my Thermador fridge (Thanks). Royal quoted a price and that is exactly what I paid. No nonense. The next time one of my appliances needs help, I'm calling Royal first and only.
