After doing research, I found many owners reporting similar issues, which makes this seem like more than normal wear and tear. I reached out to both the dealership and Kia hoping for some goodwill assistance due to the repeated failures. Instead of receiving meaningful help, I was told I needed to pay for diagnostics and was given an estimate of roughly $2,300 to replace both passenger-side window assemblies and motors. What made this experience even more disappointing was feeling like dealership management showed little interest in helping despite me purchasing the vehicle through them and being a long-term customer. I asked whether any assistance, goodwill repair options, or cost-sharing could be considered and was essentially told I would be responsible for the full amount. I was already unhappy with the price I paid when I originally purchased the vehicle and felt I paid a premium expecting quality and support.
