WORST customer service experience EVER. I called and was asking about the process of getting a title loan and the girl hung up on me. I called right back within 15 seconds and was told she had "left for the day". Maybe if you're in such a hurry to run out for Taco Tuesday you can let someone else answer a call?? read more

Went in for a loan and asked all the questions regarding how it works, paying off early and monthly payment goes to what and if I would get penalizes for early payoff a lady said no so I then submit app and I get approved for a $5000 loan and my monthly payment would be $775 yes high but I was OK because I would be paying off in a month or two. So the first payment is done and now I want to pay it off instead of doing just a payment BUT now my payoff is $5800 really so where did my first payment go. I called in to ask and lady says its the interest I have to pay that balance has acquire really!!! Will not recommend nor go there again! Now I know why its always so empty and she said she was the only one working that office!!! read more
