Kim is a great coach! She will not just put you on a machine and call it a workout. She builds a…read morestrong mind, body and heart. She teaches you how to correctly do a workout so you don't pull anything. She guides you through the workout every time so that when you go to the gym by yourself you can feel confident and strong. You can use her workouts at the gym, at home or when your on vacation. She will challenge you to be your best self. Her studio is clean, welcoming and has good equipment. I like that I am not surrounded by a lot of people. It gives a sense of VIP treatment working out at her studio. She also has great choice of music playing but she's so sweet you can always request a song or two. Kim's studio has a bathroom, shower, and kitchen where you can heat up your meal prep and a room to take pictures. She takes progress pictures and has good communication. Her booking site is easy and quick to navigate when booking a workout session with her. Kim's studio is a safe haven and you can go in sometimes feeling like your lowest self and come out feeling like your on top of the world and that anything is possible. I love that she also gives a lot of options for nutrition and it really works. I recommend her! Just do it! Start now

I've been working with Kim for 2 months and I can't express my gratitude enough!! She has taught me…read moreso much about exercise and nutrition in such a short amount of time AND has prepared me to continue this work on my own using her coaching through her app. I've had other trainers in years past and all they cared about was me signing up for more sessions- not Kim!! She truly wants this to be a lifestyle for her clients.

This gym is awful...classes are supposed to be at least 50 minutes and according to my Apple Watch…read morethey are only, at the most, 35 minutes. Owner, Lou, is an extremely rude guy. I was supposed to get nutrition info from him and I guess he forgot I was coming, so I got an attitude. He got his info from an app online!!! Wtf, I could of did that myself! Now I see why he has bad reviews! He came up to me at the end of class saying that he was sorry for the way he was acting. Guess what, apology not accepted! He gave me a hard time when I told him I did not want to be weighed during my membership period. Isn't it MY CHOICE whether I want to get weighed or not? Apparently not at this gym, acted like they had the right to tell me what to do since I pay them monthly, lol. So glad that I only signed up for 6 months and not a year! This place is a cult, save your money and please go elsewhere!

This is focused on the 6 week challenge and the boot camp classes/regular monthly membership…read moreexperience. The main population in these groups are women. Most of these women are overweight and looking for help in losing weight. I was one of these women. This review is two-fold: one good and one not-so-good. The good is the core of the program is solid. The meal plan and workouts work if you follow them. If you do what you are supposed to do: you will lose weight. You will find peers who are working towards similar goals and accountability with weekly weigh-ins. The program worked for me and I lost weight and inches and began a new lifestyle. I am very grateful for this and the help that The Iron Will staff provided me with along the way. Now the bad. People skills. Customer service. Organization. Communication. Consistency. Okay, you are in a people business. You say you want to help people and improve lives. You meet women mostly at a vulnerable point in their lives. They are emotionally drained and unhappy with themselves and you promise them help. You fall short here. You fall short on properly supporting women emotionally during their journey. Your communication skills are subpar and borderline abusive in general. My personal experience was horrible and was verbally abused by the owner. There are countless YouTube videos of the owner yelling obscenities at members. During the most extreme situation, I was asked to talk and agreed. I was then in a position of being "talked to" by the 2 Iron Will coaches. I was verbally attacked and insulted for choosing to workout at another gym and I was falsely accused of promoting another fitness business. I demanded proof but was denied. I was berated for having not worked out at Iron Will for "some time," which was 10 days. I have paid my monthly dues - so who's business is it where I decide to go? This is following 7 months of my membership and loyalty to Iron Will where I provided free business coaching and advice (I am a certified self employed coach and consultant), spoke for free on my time to a group of potential new members promoting Iron Will, and provided constant online information and support to fellow Iron Will members. So, yes the program works. But I cannot recommend it to others. Not after being treated in such a poor manner. Yes, run your business, but be a person first. When you are talking to the women who come through your doors: picture your wife, your mom, your daughter, your sister - treat your clients how you would want others to treat these women in your life.

I utilized this gym for approx. 2 years. I workout 5 days per week and needed a good gym when I…read moremoved to the south jersey area near my house. Some important things... The gym is rather small. The hours of operation are generally 5am-10pm with shorter hours on weekends and even shorter hours during the summer months. The trainers they have at the gym take over the general space where people actual have to work out. Additionally the machines are rather old. Moreover I found myself having to wait to used a specific machine over another. One of the pros about this gym is the open floor stretch area where they have classes. This space is pretty sizable and useful if you're into yoga, Pilates, etc. I opted to transition to planet fitness in Delran after being open for a year. I currently go here and I love it. The gym is much bigger and they have 10x more machines (not exaggerating) to work out different areas of your body. One of the other pleasant things about this gym is the gyms owners mother, Barbara. She is very pleasant and is super welcoming. I probably held onto my membership a bit longer solely because of the welcoming atmosphere she brings. However all the other staff including the owner was not so welcoming at all. I paid 52 bucks per month for my wife and I at this gym and am now paying 21 for both of us with the utility of a message bed whenever I want. I wouldn't refer anyone here unless the membership prices came down.
