We ordered a calzone and firestix for pick up. The calzone was meh, less than impressive and I would not get it again... not even photo worthy obviously. But if I'm being honest with the good people of Yelp, I mainly go to any Farrelli's for the firestix. Yes, it's an unhealthy obsession but them with a salad with the ranch dressing... makes me happy. I also should mention, I don't like blue cheese but do I eat it from here? Yes. Do I prefer the ranch? Well duh. read more

We hosted my stepson's rehearsal dinner here with a large reserved group, and everything was fantastic. The service was smooth and attentive, even with our big party. I hadnt been here for a while as the pizza are out of ny budget. However, I got a Buy 1, Get 1 50% off coupon so we treated ourselves to take-out. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and Meat Eaters. The dough is flavorful and mix of topics is tasty. Pick-up was fast and easy. The restaurant looked clean and organized. The employees I encountered were friendly and upbeat. Pizza toppings are to the edges. My only suggestion for improvement was to cut the slices better as they weren't fully cut thru. Great tasty pizza! Solid pizza place read more

Well haven't been to this location in a while but I was so glad we stopped in after my sons baseball game. Got told by Alex at the parkland location that he doesn't want to pull pull tabs for me because I didn't tip him enough? Tips are optional, I tipped him 80 or 90 dollars in the last two days? I didn't win anything he still thinks I should tip him not sure what he wants for a tip $40 a day seems pretty good from one person, I tipped him even though I lost. Told him I didn't want to play and return my money he threw it at me. So unbelievable! I wonder how many people have not said anything about his poor or lack of customer service? I will be following up on this matter. I am angry, I always have been polite and used my manners, tip 25% on my tab? This guy is going to ruin your business if you let him go unchecked. I don't think I will ever come back and tell everyone why, if you don't address this matter. Love the food hate to let this person chase me away. read more

My wife and I order from here a couple of times a year, and every time we fail to learn our lesson. We really want to like this place, but each time we order to go (we never eat in) something is either left off our order, or the meal sizes are laughable. I'm not saying it needs to be a lot, but if you're spending $15 on a chicken Caesar salad, there should be more than a handful of lettuce, and maybe actually not forgetting to put the chicken on the salad, since it's like 5 bucks extra. If we go back and complain, they do a good job of trying to accommodate, by either remaking the order or refunding the items, but the reality is that this is a regular thing and somewhere in the management something is falling through the cracks. We don't like to complain, especially to the front of house, we just want our meals made correctly the first time! This time I ordered a six piece boneless wings and basically got like 3 chicken nuggets plus some scraps. Wtf? For a community staple, we expect better. Just disappointed. read more

We really enjoy Farrelli's pizza each time we go. This time the service was just outstanding. Our server was on top of everything while working multiple tables. I don't remember her name but it was unique and started with an "A". The food was fresh and hot, it came out fast and we never had to ask for anything. We really enjoyed the atmosphere as well it's not too loud making it easy to have conversations. read more

We called around to make reservation for our big party. However, all restaurants were all full and wasn't taking any more reservations. So, we decided to just take our chances to try another restaurant on our way back. Then, we spotted this place for dinner on the way back from Mount Rainier. I wasn't feeling hungry at first until they served the family salad and the garlic Buffalo chicken wing. Omg. My hunger got intense and ate all the salad, Buffalo wings on my plate. Afterwards, the large pizza arrived. My first bite proceeded to another slice of pesto chicken on my plate. It was so delish! This restaurant was able to accommodate large a party and there's plenty of parking area, where you don't have to look around for parking space, which made our life easier) Also, Staff were very friendly and the place was clean. If you happen to be in the area, give it a try. read more

I, like many others, have been a longtime customer of Farelli's. It's been an up and down experience and not every location has their kinks worked out but this location has surpassed my expectations. We ended up ordering curbside and chose a Deluxe Classic, Bread Stix and three of the take home cocktails. The ordering experience was easy and the pick up experience was the same. Though I can not speak on current in-store dining experience, the woman I spoke to was very friendly and professional and our food was excellent. Now the pizza, it was loaded with fresh and delicious toppings and there was no sparsity in any. The taste was phenomenal and the herbs shined through. The wood fire taste was phenomenal and I could argue that they have the best crust around for this exact reason. It wasn't at all greasy which was a big plus for our family. The breadsticks were herby and cheesy, exactly as expected. Finally, our drinks were great. They were mixed very well and the taste was perfectly balanced and definitely not light (huge thanks!). Overall, it was a fantastic experience and far better than my previous ones. I think that Farelli's has improved not only their quality but their customer service and this really shows. I recommend this location and highly recommend the delicious Deluxe Classic Pizza! read more

I'm so impressed by the customer service this place has, even for their delivery customers. I had an order discrepancy on a delivery order and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. I was so darn excited I could hardly believe it! :) Mind you I was not looking to cause an uprising, just looking to get the right pizza. I would support this business time and time again after this interaction. read more

I've had good and "eh" service here, but the food is ALWAYS good. I love this menu - in addition to the unique pizzas, Farelli's offers a great happy hour, appetizers with a variety to please everyone, great sandwiches, and their calzones are some of the best in the area. The crust reminds me of the Sella's twists in Pullman. read more

Went to the one in parkland and was excited to have salad and pizza. We decided to do two smaller pizzas because my husband wanted something different than I did and we shared a small salad. The salad came out right away, but the pizza took a while. My husband's was decent, but mine was dry and skimpy on the toppings, I was very disappointed. I asked for ranch dressing to dip it in, so I could actually have some flavor on the Pizza.. I know it was a Friday night, but I feel like the service was OK but the pizza was not up to Farrells standards that I've had in the past read more

We went on Father's Day and the food is good but way overpriced in comparison to what you get for value. They have some deals that you can only get if it's a pickup and you take it to go.. they will absolutely not honor it if you sit down and pay extra for the service, which means that you have to include a tip.. and you're probably more likely to order more if you sit in the house so that doesn't make any sense to me. We really like the fire sticks.. they are so good! However, they brought us our small dessert plate on top of another larger dirty plate, I am not really sure how that happens. And there was another dirty plate that they had brought to the table when they gave us plates for the pizza. It's just things that are gross and should have been noticed, but then when I got the bill and we spent $180+ for a meal it just doesn't add up when I got 3 pizzas and I don't feel like it was worth the value especially when they're bringing us dirty plates and not even thinking about it. The service could've been a little better, I understand they were busy but it just wasn't the best. I honestly deeply regret not just getting Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has a big box deal, I get three big pizzas for right around $53 and I could've saved $100. So as much as I love the root beer floats.. it's just not worth it! And that's really disappointing because we do like their pizza, but it's just not worth the value. I'll probably never eat there again! That's pretty much where I'm at, because the last time that we went, I felt the same way and I tried to give it one more go.. but it's definitely a no go for now. Very disappointing! I'm not one to complain, but I feel like I would really like some of my money back. It's just not the experience that it should have been from a nice place like that. It's really sad. Because it was father's Day, I did get a nice glass to take home and a little card for a free personal pizza, but I don't even know if I'll even use it. I feel like I pretty much paid for all of that in advance and it just wasn't worth it. If you decide to go there, I hope your experience is better. read more

Not sure if we've just had bad luck at this place but the service is pathetic. After they brought our food out they completely neglect the table until they finally came to ask if we wanted a box. Never stopped to check if we needed anything, not even a refill on our drinks. Each time we looked up the waitress is gossiping with co-workers but can't stop by once to check on the table??.... This has happened on two separate occasions back to back. Different waitress each time. Both sucked.... Never again.! read more

Clean place and attentive but..... 40 minutes later, were still waiting for one pizza while watching a party of kids arrive, and all get served their margaritas and assisted full service by seems to be management as he's dressed in all black and goes by the name of Kenny. Another rare thing is as soon as the kids walked in the music suddenly changed to an odd arrangement of 80-90's tv hit show tunes.. They strongly need to work on attending to customers in the order they arrive, and less trying to impress the kids who in the end, will split the bill so they could get a large pizza and only leave a $3 tip between the 6 of them. read more

Okay, so let me tell you, our group of 4 walked in and this place was nearly closing; however, the staff (looking like they already cleaned up the joint) was inviting and so kind to us. I really wish I remembered this gal's name at the front, cause she was super hostess/waitress. She was a burst of sunshine in the depressing Washington rain (sorry, i'm from Hawaii, even in our rain, there's sun). Continuing on....Sunshine (for lack of name knowledge) immediately sat us where ever we wanted to sit, cause lets face it, it was late, raining and they were going to close. She took our order (and we are first timers from out of state, to set the premise for ya). She got our food to us rather quickly, I guess it happens when you're the only customers, go figure. Anyways, she brought back the most delectable nacho's I've every seen. There was so much on that plate or I was starving and it wasn't even my order. I ordered a mushroom and spinach pizza, which was everything to write home to mama about. I'll have to try and upload my pics later, cause it's on my phone. But if you're in the area, it's a place to go, for sure and manager for this store, please give Sunshine an extra tip, she took your place of business up a notch or 2!! Definitely a do again and 2 thumbs up!! read more

Happy hour here is the way to go. So during happy hour you can get personal size pizzas for about 5 dollars each and they are pretty good size too. As the closeness this pizza place is to Pacific Lutheran University, the service here isn't the best. I love the food from here, from appetizers, to happy hour, and desserts. All of it has been a fantastic experience with the people around me. Spending nights here for pizza after a show or study session. It was an amazing time with friends. Great Pizza from the Northwest. Friendly host and good food makes Farrelli's Pizza a family favorite.

Our pizza and breadsticks were ready for pickup exactly when we ordered them - everyone was happy with the order. If it's one owner or individual franchises ran their places in this company it's good to take a step back and look at the potential. The flavor and prices are untouched which means there is a great possibility of growth. Either way, being unique is not important in this companies growth but it is being unified. This location thrives everything but the way the pizza slips its toppings down my palms. Other locations never had this issue. Learn, from a constructive criticism point of view. Just work on the foundation of pizza in your palm and promote more on the atmosphere of this location. The location is hard, I see it but look at other fish locations near by. Make people drive to you, make things happen and your customers will return for birthday celebrations rather than a hopeful door dash dish. read more

We ordered a large "James' favorite"- which had a white sauce, bacon and some other deliciousness. They said it would take 15-20 minutes, ended up taking a little longer. We waited at the bar and I had their spicy bloody may, which wasn't that spicy- but still yummy. They also had a decent selection of beers and cider on tap. We came on a Sunday, and it's all day HH, and a large pizza is $15 with a valid military ID. So our $25+ pizza was ten bucks cheaper..score! They have a lot of daily specials. Oh and the pizza was delicious, even if we had to wait an extended period of time for it. read more

Came here on a quite weird night. Apparently it was Harry Potter Trivia Night? Interesting... more like noisy when I was there to speak to a friend about some important matters. But then again, it is not like we knew. The reason this place gets 3 stars is because of their lack of customer service. We ordered the Farelli's Fire Stix with only bleu cheese on the side but they brought the whole dish with sides all on the side...never tastes as good when everything that is supposed to be nicely melted is just stiff... on the side. We did not want to ask for a re-do so ended up just munching on dry bread pieces with cheese sprinkles. Other than that, I ordered one of their $4 Slytherin special drinks thanks to the Harry Potter theme and one other drink but cannot remember. It was alright. Maybe I will have better luck if I come on a less busier night. read more

So I find myself growing increasingly more displeased with this location. I'm hoping it's the location, and not the whole franchise. So for now I'm going 3-stars on this one. I will say that I usually get decent service here. So that's something. But the food quality has been on a steady decline for some while now. We use to come here a lot because we live within walking distance, and the wife loves pizza, so it's like a convenient win-win. I'm a member of their rewards program, so there's that too. But I've been noticing that steady decline in food quality for quite a while now. The latest straw that prompted me writing this one was the last visit we had. It seems like the chicken they are using on everything is pre-processed, pre-packaged, frozen product that is reheated as needed. After stopping in for lunch and ordering the chicken avocado sandwich it was really noticeable. The chicken tasted somewhat freezer-burned, the avocado was slightly old and starting to turn mostly brown. So pre-packaged frozen toppings may not be a huge deal on a pizza where they are buried under so many other things and piles of cheese, but to me it matters. It leaves me wondering how much of the rest of the menu is pre-packaged frozen product. If I wanted reheated product I could just go to the store and get my own, I have a microwave at the house. As for pizzas, which is of course what they do, it's fine. I've eaten many a pizza here and tried a multitude of different ones. They are usually okay. Nothing to write home about, nothing to turn your nose up at either. It's about as "middle of the road" as you can get. I usually go with whatever the "Pizza of the Month" happens to be because it's usually a fun mix of "stuff" (They had a Reuben during March, St. Patrick's day and all, that was unique and interesting). With prices a touch higher than, say Round-Table, my guess is you're paying for the decor and ambiance over food quality. So take it for what it is. read more

Was ok! Would I return.., It's possible but wasn't overly impressed. But I'd say it serves a purpose. And door was ok. Just not overly impressed. Prices seemed on the high side but pizza definitely was better than most which is why 4 stars seems appropriate. The service also wasn't bad. Has a decent sports bar vibe and usually has some sports on tv. I would expect most patrons to find this place ok. .. on the higher side of ok. Is my final answer. Kinda has the vide of the Ram in my opinion. But food is not quite as good with the exception of the wood fired pizza which is something that makes this stand out. Welcome family/ adult vibe. Good salads worth the money. Would go here again for sure. Great bar for students and older people alike. Since nothing really similar in the neighborhood. It's a good place to patron. Bar is good. Nice selection. Money well spent. I'd definitely visit again. For the real wood fired pizza. Prices are in the higher side but almost worth it. I'd guess most customers would have a good experience here. Happy to have in the neighborhood. read more
