My wife and I order from here a couple of times a year, and every time we fail to learn our lesson. We really want to like this place, but each time we order to go (we never eat in) something is either left off our order, or the meal sizes are laughable. I'm not saying it needs to be a lot, but if you're spending $15 on a chicken Caesar salad, there should be more than a handful of lettuce, and maybe actually not forgetting to put the chicken on the salad, since it's like 5 bucks extra. If we go back and complain, they do a good job of trying to accommodate, by either remaking the order or refunding the items, but the reality is that this is a regular thing and somewhere in the management something is falling through the cracks. We don't like to complain, especially to the front of house, we just want our meals made correctly the first time! This time I ordered a six piece boneless wings and basically got like 3 chicken nuggets plus some scraps. Wtf? For a community staple, we expect better. Just disappointed. read more

Went to the one in parkland and was excited to have salad and pizza. We decided to do two smaller pizzas because my husband wanted something different than I did and we shared a small salad. We called around to make reservation for our big party. However, all restaurants were all full and wasn't taking any more reservations. So, we decided to just take our chances to try another restaurant on our way back. Then, we spotted this place for dinner on the way back from Mount Rainier. I wasn't feeling hungry at first until they served the family salad and the garlic Buffalo chicken wing. Omg. My hunger got intense and ate all the salad, Buffalo wings on my plate. Afterwards, the large pizza arrived. My first bite proceeded to another slice of pesto chicken on my plate. It was so delish! I, like many others, have been a longtime customer of Farelli's. It's been an up and down experience and not every location has their kinks worked out but this location has surpassed my expectations. We ended up ordering curbside and chose a Deluxe Classic, Bread Stix and three of the take home cocktails. The ordering experience was easy and the pick up experience was the same. Though I can not speak on current in-store dining experience, the woman I spoke to was very friendly and professional and our food was excellent. Now the pizza, it was loaded with fresh and delicious toppings and there was no sparsity in any. The taste was phenomenal and the herbs shined through. The wood fire taste was phenomenal and I could argue that they have the best crust around for this exact reason. It wasn't at all greasy which was a big plus for our family. The breadsticks were herby and cheesy, exactly as expected. Finally, our drinks were great. They were mixed very well and the taste was perfectly balanced and definitely not light (huge thanks!). Overall, it was a fantastic experience and far better than my previous ones. I think that Farelli's has improved not only their quality but their customer service and this really shows. We went on Father's Day and the food is good but way overpriced in comparison to what you get for value. They have some deals that you can only get if it's a pickup and you take it to go.. they will absolutely not honor it if you sit down and pay extra for the service, which means that you have to include a tip.. and you're probably more likely to order more if you sit in the house so that doesn't make any sense to me. We really like the fire sticks.. they are so good! However, they brought us our small dessert plate on top of another larger dirty plate, I am not really sure how that happens. And there was another dirty plate that they had brought to the table when they gave us plates for the pizza. It's just things that are gross and should have been noticed, but then when I got the bill and we spent $180+ for a meal it just doesn't add up when I got 3 pizzas and I don't feel like it was worth the value especially when they're bringing us dirty plates and not even thinking about it. The service could've been a little better, I understand they were busy but it just wasn't the best. I honestly deeply regret not just getting Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has a big box deal, I get three big pizzas for right around $53 and I could've saved $100. So as much as I love the root beer floats.. it's just not worth it! And that's really disappointing because we do like their pizza, but it's just not worth the value. I'll probably never eat there again! That's pretty much where I'm at, because the last time that we went, I felt the same way and I tried to give it one more go.. but it's definitely a no go for now. Very disappointing! I'm not one to complain, but I feel like I would really like some of my money back. It's just not the experience that it should have been from a nice place like that. It's really sad. I'm so impressed by the customer service this place has, even for their delivery customers. I had an order discrepancy on a delivery order and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. I've had good and "eh" service here, but the food is ALWAYS good. I love this menu - in addition to the unique pizzas, Farelli's offers a great happy hour, appetizers with a variety to please everyone, great sandwiches, and their calzones are some of the best in the area. Okay, so let me tell you, our group of 4 walked in and this place was nearly closing; however, the staff (looking like they already cleaned up the joint) was inviting and so kind to us. I really wish I remembered this gal's name at the front, cause she was super hostess/waitress. She was a burst of sunshine in the depressing Washington rain (sorry, i'm from Hawaii, even in our rain, there's sun). Continuing on....Sunshine (for lack of name knowledge) immediately sat us where ever we wanted to sit, cause lets face it, it was late, raining and they were going to close. She took our order (and we are first timers from out of state, to set the premise for ya). She got our food to us rather quickly, I guess it happens when you're the only customers, go figure. Anyways, she brought back the most delectable nacho's I've every seen. There was so much on that plate or I was starving and it wasn't even my order. Happy hour here is the way to go. So during happy hour you can get personal size pizzas for about 5 dollars each and they are pretty good size too. I've always enjoyed the pizza here anyway, never had any really big issues with it. It's always a chill atmosphere here and plenty of TV's to watch around the restaurant. As the closeness this pizza place is to Pacific Lutheran University, the service here isn't the best. I love the food from here, from appetizers, to happy hour, and desserts. All of it has been a fantastic experience with the people around me. Spending nights here for pizza after a show or study session. It was an amazing time with friends. Always get the pizza, but if you have a sweet tooth, I totally recommend getting some of the desserts. It is delicious, and that is coming from me, I don't like sweet things. read more

Prices seemed on the high side but pizza definitely was better than most which is why 4 stars seems appropriate. The service also wasn't bad. Has a decent sports bar vibe and usually has some sports on tv. I would expect most patrons to find this place ok. .. on the higher side of ok. Is my final answer. Kinda has the vide of the Ram in my opinion. But food is not quite as good with the exception of the wood fired pizza which is something that makes this stand out. Welcome family/ adult vibe. So I find myself growing increasingly more displeased with this location. I'm hoping it's the location, and not the whole franchise. So for now I'm going 3-stars on this one. I will say that I usually get decent service here. So that's something. But the food quality has been on a steady decline for some while now. We use to come here a lot because we live within walking distance, and the wife loves pizza, so it's like a convenient win-win. I'm a member of their rewards program, so there's that too. But I've been noticing that steady decline in food quality for quite a while now. The latest straw that prompted me writing this one was the last visit we had. It seems like the chicken they are using on everything is pre-processed, pre-packaged, frozen product that is reheated as needed. After stopping in for lunch and ordering the chicken avocado sandwich it was really noticeable. The chicken tasted somewhat freezer-burned, the avocado was slightly old and starting to turn mostly brown. So pre-packaged frozen toppings may not be a huge deal on a pizza where they are buried under so many other things and piles of cheese, but to me it matters. It leaves me wondering how much of the rest of the menu is pre-packaged frozen product. If I wanted reheated product I could just go to the store and get my own, I have a microwave at the house. As for pizzas, which is of course what they do, it's fine. I've eaten many a pizza here and tried a multitude of different ones. They are usually okay. Nothing to write home about, nothing to turn your nose up at either. It's about as "middle of the road" as you can get. I usually go with whatever the "Pizza of the Month" happens to be because it's usually a fun mix of "stuff" (They had a Reuben during March, St. Patrick's day and all, that was unique and interesting). With prices a touch higher than, say Round-Table, my guess is you're paying for the decor and ambiance over food quality. So take it for what it is. read more

We ordered a large "James' favorite"- which had a white sauce, bacon and some other deliciousness. They said it would take 15-20 minutes, ended up taking a little longer. We waited at the bar and I had their spicy bloody may, which wasn't that spicy- but still yummy. They also had a decent selection of beers and cider on tap. We came on a Sunday, and it's all day HH, and a large pizza is $15 with a valid military ID. So our $25+ pizza was ten bucks cheaper..score! They have a lot of daily specials. We ordered the Farelli's Fire Stix with only bleu cheese on the side but they brought the whole dish with sides all on the side...never tastes as good when everything that is supposed to be nicely melted is just stiff... on the side. We did not want to ask for a re-do so ended up just munching on dry bread pieces with cheese sprinkles. Other than that, I ordered one of their $4 Slytherin special drinks thanks to the Harry Potter theme and one other drink but cannot remember. It was alright. We ordered stuffed mushrooms, fire sticks chicken fettuccine Alfredo and an entree salad and it was around 75.00. It was horrible. The fettuccine tasted like a frozen dinner. The noodles were stuck together and hard on the ends. The sauce had zero flavor in-fact we had to add salt, garlic and pepper to make it where you could eat it at all. The mushrooms were tiny button mushrooms no bigger than a nickel with cheese melted over them. The fire sticks were not cooked through at all, it was so soft i felt like I was eating dough, so they were just horrible. The salad, that was great. This is the second time that we have eaten here thinking the first time was a fluke. If you want to eat a decent meal go to any other location than this one. Farelli's isn't a bad place, the pizza and salads that I've had at various locations were pretty good. The staff are friendly and attentive too. My only nit would be for the prices for the food and drinks are a bit high, and the decor comes across as "fancy Denny's" no matter the location. Three and a half stars. read more
