Once my doors were finally delivered and installed the manager of the store said he would be reaching out to work out a possible solution/compensation since the experience was so terrible. Went to return them the weekend after the holiday and was told I couldn't return them after the holiday. Seems ridiculous and I've never heard such a thing. They would've made more money off my $20 return as I had planned on buying some things to store my Christmas tree and decor and needed to buy basic was going to see what pet supplies they had but will be taking my business somewhere else. On the plus side, the lady at customer service was pretty nice, it's just a poor policy by the company.
