With a new teen driver about to hit the road with a new car purchase in process, we needed flexibility, choice, and a multi-agency approach. We got the ball rolling through the website and Dave got back to us right away. He was a class act from the start. He asked great questions, clearly explained their services, and immediately got to work on quotes. During the review, he discovered our home was overvalued by the previous provider and our autos were underinsured. He found great rates and made the paperwork and transition painless. Switching our home & auto over to Pro Insurance Group not only lowered our home insurance premiums but also secured a fantastic rate on three cars, including our new teen driver's vehicle. Rising premiums are a fact of life, but working with Pro Insurance Group we increased our peace of mind and landed some real savings. Highly recommend!

That matters right now. Rates have moved a lot, and the carrier that was cheapest two years ago usually is not the cheapest today. We know this area. We write a lot of business in Huntley, Del Webb Sun City, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills and Elgin, so we have a real sense of what your neighbors are paying and which carriers actually want your home. My prior agent of fifteen years was in total retirement mode at 70 years old. Never had an issue until 7 months ago with this agent. After realizing he was just not into his job anymore (that's putting it nicely) I went with Greg because of his great reviews! Not to mention the baggage I came with!! Trust me- there is a reason why Greg Metelak has great reviews. Greg has been super patient with me, because I have had a chip on my shoulder from previous my agent and what I went thru. We talked on the phone at length and he was able to fix a HUGE issue for me. His patience and taking the time with me on the phone today- was truly amazing. Greg was able to resolve everything that has been an issue for 6+ months with my previous agent. Greg is super savvy and intelligent, figuring out how to personalize customers needs AND getting a better then I was even expecting! Trust me, I can be a pain when I have an issue- but Greg took the ball and ran with it! If you want an honest, agent who has your back 100% for home, auto, life, etc. Greg Metelak is your insurance agent- who will get you insured for a very decent, affordable price!! I also need to mention Phil, who works hard on the numbers too for you in a very upbeat manner! Greg Metelak- thanks for putting up with me and still giving me stellar service! I have nothing but respect for you taking the time getting this resolved- even though I was such a pain. Sorry about that!

I called before my next payment to try to cancel my policy. I was told I had to come in person to fill out some paperwork. I explained that I have moved to Michigan which is a 6 hour drive and I no longer own the vehicle. The representative told me the only other option I had was to let the payment pass and after a month it will cancel on its own. To my surprise I was charged for the policy a few weeks afterwards. I called and explained my situation. They explained that if I could show proof that I sold my vehicle they could refund me the last payment. I didn't even have proof of payment as I sold it to a stranger as a 3rd party sell. It's not like I received a receipt of the sale. They said I could have send a letter explains I wanted to cancel my policy with my signature!!!!! How the fuck are they going to tell me that when they are emailing me the paper work for me to sign right now!!!!!.... Why the fuck didn't the last agent tell me he could have emailed me the paperwork!!!!! So now this company has taken a payment out of my account when I was told I wasn't in autopay and no refund is available. This whole business is a shit show and I would recommend everyone going to find another insurance company.
