We have taken a few vehicles here to use their 3rd party DMV services. A couple years ago they made…read morea mistake on a title and we let it slide because well we are all human and make mistakes. However we recently took another vehicle title in a month ago and they made a huge mistake. Instead of the mileage being in miles, they put it in kilometers. No where on the paperwork we saw did it show this mistake, otherwise we would have caught it. It wasn't until a few weeks later when we finally got the official registration in the mail it showed the mistake. We have tried calling OASIS to fix the issue but they claim they cant transfer us to the correct person to fix the issue. We tried calling the DMV but they can't do anything since OASIS didn't upload the original title (another thing they did wrong). So now we are at a loss. We have to now go to the DMV to fix the issue. We waisted money going through their third party services considering it cost extra, and now we have to go to the DMV to fix the issue. We should have just gone to the DMV in the first place considering they wouldn't have made the mistake. Dont waist your money or time with their third party DMV services. You will spend just as much time going to the real DMV fixing the issues OASIS creates.
