Farmer's boy's is yummy, and we used to frequent this location a lot. The employees are super friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious and cooked to perfection. But unfortunately, their prices have gone through the roof. So we just don't come very often unless I have coupons. I know everything is going up, but to feed my whole family here. The hash browns seemed more watery, and the eggs were overcooked almost tasted burnt. Nothing had flavor. The cheese was like hamburger cheese. It was unpleasant to eat. Went to the drive thru. My son wanted the 3 egg breakfast with sausage and wheat bread. I wanted to try the cinnamon rolls French toast platter with sausage. Don't forget to use your VIP to scan your receipt to get rewards. By the time I got to the window, our breakfast was ready. My son always loves this meal. Well, the drive through is slow but it's guess that's expected when you have food freshly made. The reason for my lower review is more about the food.. their prices are quite high for 'Fast food' and the flavor just wasn't there. Toast was decent, eggs were well made but everything else was mostly flavorless and the hash browns were really dry. Lots of salt, pepper, and some added cheese from the fridge made it better but for over $10 (no drink included) I shouldn't have to add anything to it at all. Hi! 3 times in the past week, I've had the pleasure of eating lunch a Farmer Boys location. (Twice in the North Pomona /Garey Street location and once at the Kendall Drive location in San Bernadino). What can I say? Farmer Boys' food sets a whole new standard for "freshness." Their quality is so good, that it makes Farmer Boys a serious contender for any "high end" coffee shop or that matter most high-quality independent diners. I enjoyed the best burgers out that I've eaten in my life, the very best BLT ever (at the San Bernardino location). Today my husband picked up lunch and when he got home he told me he paid $42 for two combos. We had a $5 off from the app so it would have been almost $50 for two combos. I understand everything has gone up but really almost $50?! We could have gone to a sit down restaurant for that price. The manager, Anna had no customer care skills at all. Something as simple as asking for eggs over easy or medium and saying that you can only get scrambled eggs it's not interchangeable on the skillet is ridiculous! For years I've came in and ordered the child's breakfast or skillet breakfast And substituting scrambled eggs to eggs over medium. It's never been an issue until today. She provided me one, and when I called Vivian the number on the card that said Vivian was the COO, she refused to give me her name, I only know it was Vivian, because that was the name on the card that was given to me with the cell phone number. When I kept asking for her name she refused, and stated she didn't know who she was speaking with. I kept repeating my name to her I didn't even get to my issue of what happened at the restaurant And the phone was disconnected. I will never eat at this location again it's obvious. that poor leadership starts at the top and spills down into lower leadership level. The COO is just as bad as a lower level manager at this eatery something as simple as ordering eggs shouldn't have escalated into something like this with the COO refusing to give her name, is another indication of how toxic this farmer boys is. It's sad because Ana and Vivian are supposed to be the face of Farmer boys and represent them in a positive light. Clearly this is not happened. Prior to my experience today the service has been impeccable. The dining room was empty and there was one customer eating at a booth. The example that leadership is providing will be spilling onto the employees in general. Prior to today I never had an issue with the lower level employee.
