They got that custom mix soft serve machine which is pretty much like a blizzard that they mix flavor concentrate into rather than mix ins. It's a decent quality soft serve base, and the price is reasonable for the area. It's not award winning or great, but it's good enough. I would skip the flavors (lots of them have the extract problem where the concentrate has too much chemicals in it which translates to the ice cream). But it's quick and decent ice cream.

I also hear they're going to try to make soft serve ice cream within the next month or two. That will be very exciting! I also love the coffee milk and the protein milk they make. So while their meat may not be labeled with any marketing-stunt nutrition buzzwords to make you think it's healthier, the cattle are clearly treated well at JT. You have the option of fresh or frozen, no change in price if I'm not mistaken. The frozen stuff is never held fresh for more than five days before freezing, and absolutely everything is vacuum sealed. Prices are good - I would say approximately on par with non-sale supermarket prices. But you'd expect that for meat this local and fresh. It's worth the extra few dollars and cents, right?
