The store is spacious and plenty of parking spots are available in front of it. It has a great collection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The staff are helpful and friendly; the store is clean and well-maintained. They usually have great offers on fruits and vegetables. Now that restrictions have been removed and we are in the phase 3 of reopening, they have a few tables outside the store for anyone who wants to buy food from the store and sit down to enjoy their food. read more

Had to return a basket of peaches that went mouldy after two days. Wanted to buy a Saturday dinner, a few weeks ago, went at 2 pm, only to find they close at 1, so my daughter came back at 4:30 and the counter held only some dried fried rice, and not much else. Hope that they are just growing pains and things will get better. read more

So, I was waiting in line when it was my turn, I noticed the cashier appeared to be either sick or just didn't want to be there. She packed a full cooked chicken, a large cantaloupe 2 containers of soup plus a number of other items into a bag I asked if it was strong enough to hold everything, she looked unhappy and said, 'I think so"!!!!! LOL. I asked for 2 bags because I didn't want my groceries all over the parking lot. I appeared to be just nasty and was annoyed she was working. read more

I was thrilled to hear that Farm Boy was opening up a new store in my home-city. There are so many things I like about Farm Boy: the produce is beautiful; the store brand products; the take-away meals and prepared food section; and an in-store buffet. I simply can't choose one favourite part. The store is somewhat smallish compared to others --- I wouldn't be able to get my full weekly shopping list here --- but if you're looking for some one-of-a-kind products or a tasty prepared meal, this small space packs a large selection. There's a good assortment of cheeses at the cheese counter, tasty-looking pizzas in another corner; a nice range of in-store made soups in yet another section. The vegetarian section is amazing --- so many healthy foods. And then there's the bakery products. Yum! This store is clean and bright, and it's fun to shop there. Every time I come home from a Farm Boy grocery trip, I already can't wait to go back. read more

On Nov 25/22 I purchased some green beans marked Special. They were all wrapped in a paper dish. I think these beans were going bad and Farm Boy wanted to move them. They started to turn brown a day later. I will no longer buy anything that is wrapped at Farm Boy. I usually rave about how good the produce is but not this time. Come on Farm Boy! Don't try to fool your customers. Other than this I love the store! read more
