Its owner, Tony, aver engaging man, is building what I hope to be (first full year in this location) a very successful restaurant predicated upon material and ingredients acquired by artisanal suppliers and includes many providers he knows well and refers to them as his friends. The Chef de Cuisine, Dario is also very engaging, is from Italy and produces the best pizza and meatballs one could hope for.
