Specifically, Jodi and her family have brought so much joy into our lives with our little boy. There is no comparison to Jodi and her dedication to her pups throughout the process and her willingness to share updates, photos, answer questions, etc., every step along the way towards our adoption day. It took a few years to get past the loss of our last two best friends-best-Frenchies, Bo 12.5 yrs, Stella 14.5 yrs. Well not past, but ready to fill the loss. We are so thankful that Jodi and her amazing pups were there! When we spotted our new pup on her site, we were hooked again. Our adoption day will be forever remembered for the care and generosity Jodi put into every moment. She showered our boy with so many sweet toys and ensured we had all we needed to properly care for and love our new boy! Visiting Jodi and her pups had us more than once considering adopting more than one of her angels; they are all so adorable, playful, and intelligent. The light in those pups' eyes and the care we witnessed is truly remarkable. Our boy is beautiful, settled in and adored beyond belief! Jodi and Dan, our sincerest appreciation and gratitude to you both for all the moments of laughter, joy, companionship, and memories you have surely brought to us! You are the best! We will keep in touch!

I sent an email with some basic questions and was responded to that same day. I put a deposit down and was notified when the pups were born. She sent me photos frequently and always responded to my questions without making me feel like I was bugging her. She was very accommodating for the pick up as well. She worked closely with her vet, and has clearly been doing this for a while. All pups are AKC and good looking too. Not all weird like some of em can get. She sent me home with a bunch of food, a blanket, and some toys- a nice touch. The pup is a fine specimen and clearly well socialized. We're very happy with our new baby boy.

Megan R. Sounds like someone who has unruly dogs and is unwilling to take the necessary, assertive steps to bring them to heel. Also, take into account that Sam and his team not only train for obedience and hunting, but also spent time in war zones training explosives detection dogs and have a charity training veteran's and their service dogs. Simply put, they know what they're doing. Now, on to my review...I take my two Beagles (5 and 13 years old) here regularly. My dogs love it there! They are well attended to, played with, and always smell nice when I pick them up. The facilities are clean and temperature appropriate for the season. The staff keeps the runs and play areas tidy. They always keep an eye out for health issues and are very flexible with pickup and drop off times. At $68/night for both my hounds, this is my kennel of choice. The bottom line is my dogs love it here and that's the only feedback that matters to me!

They have seen five of our pets over the last several years, and helped see one of them through to the very end. The thoughtfulness and compassion they displayed when they came to our home to put our cat to sleep, and the followup with them about the process was truly exemplary. I think that how an office handles situations like that speaks everything about them. As another story, our greyhound has a bizarre blood clotting condition that we've had experiences with in the past that no other vet was able to figure out. Our vet put in the time to do the research, figured out what it was, and found us a supplier of a medication that fixes it, and did not charge us extra for all that extra time spent outside of the visit. They consistently do more than provide minimum care for our furbabies, and in my experience, I've never felt so confident about the vet I take our creatures to.
