Since the first day of work, Dio was thorough, professional, and honest with his work. He didn't break down any walls or ceilings, just drilled holes at the affected areas to run tubing for his drying equipment. He and his assistant always came on time, sometimes a bit earlier, to check progress and work. When his initial attempt to dry the floor didn't work as well as we hoped, he informed me that the bathroom floor needed to be removed so his equipment can do its magic - a statement backed up by the field adjuster for my home insurance who checked the damage, so I knew he was being honest. The water mitigation and repairs took weeks due to logistics, and I had to pay him late because my insurance stopped responding and I needed to secure funds first. But through it all, Dio and his assistant were patient and understanding. When they fixed up the holes they made in the garage and realized the paint didn't match, they came back the next day with the right color, no problem. Their work was so good, you can't even tell there was damage in the first place! I highly recommend Dio to anyone who needs water mitigation work. Thank you so much, Dio!

Similar to other reviews, he came out and checked midway and added additional devices to ensure the water would be gone. Communicated well on phone and text messages. It was a pretty straightforward job so was glad it worked out.

    I was a client at a health facility in which a couple guys from ServiceMaster were working today…read more They had equipment set up outside a public, individual use bathroom where one of them was waiting for a couple clients, including myself to finish using it so he could enter to work. Right when I opened the door and began walking out, the worker began walking towards me to try to walk around me, but there wasn't enough room for two people to pass each other due to the small space and the equipment they had set up next to the door. When I tried to move around him, I accidentally kicked a large piece of equipment and hurt my foot, which still hurts over half an hour later. The worker did not apologize. I saw him and his "supervisor" outside and first spoke to the offender. Turned out he does not speak English, but when I said "you don't even say sorry", he said it, so he knew enough to say sorry. After speaking to the "supervisor", I didn't leave the the conversation thinking that he would definitely say something to his employee about the need to give clients more space when they are setting up equipment to work. He said sorry, but actually tried to argue with me, saying the bathroom was supposed to be closed. When I told him that his worker gave a lady space to leave the bathroom, but not me, he had nothing to say. Based on this experience, I would never call this company for service.

I'm surprised people would do that. I've been screwed before, a contractor who I trusted, paid in full before work was completed and had to pay someone else to finish it. stupid me!! If I could I would give this company a negative 10 stars! Do yourself a favor and call Service Pros.

    What can I say? I've worked a lot with Ideal Restoration, I wouldnt trust anyone in my home, other…read morethan these guys. They dont cut any corners and they do everything by the book and for everyones safety which is most important. I have no doubt that if I EVER have any issue where I need a restoration company i know who to turn too. Everyone in the staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the restoration industry and they made me and my wife very comfortable. I have even had the owner of the company follow up with me on occasions to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. They even have Account Managers dedicated to making sure that every experience with them goes flawless! I have never had anyone call me after the work was done and paid for to make sure I was happy and content with the work they did, and if I had any issue what so ever, it gets addressed as soon as its made aware. Its nice to know there is still companies that pride themselves on good/quality work and great customer service. Good Job guys- Happy Customer

    One of your drivers just made an illegal left turn while blowing thru a red light and almost plowed…read moreright into me. Then he had the tenacity to flip me off and start honking like a mad man at me. When arriving to the next stoplight I got out of my vehicle to snap a couple of photos of him and his truck. He of course took out his phone to start videoing me threatening to go to the police. I hope he does because the traffic camera will validate how he blew thru the red light and almost plowed into me!!!!
