This was a terrible experience. I booked this company for a bachelorette party. I specifically chose the white super stretch limo, but the driver showed up with a blue SUV limo. He did not inform me about the vehicle change until I inquired while entering the vehicle. The vehicle was not clean inside and he did not supply ice inside the coolers as he specifically promised. The driver and company owner "Rob" showed up 20 minutes late due to as he put it "F-ing Cape Traffic". He asked to use our bathroom, which I permitted apprehensively. We had to stop for gas because he didn't obtain fuel prior picking is up. This delay and his late arrival made us miss our dinner reservation. He was horrifically unprofessional. Besides the constant swearing he tossed a plastic blow up penis through the partition of the limo at us and supplied a sex question game. He repeatedly said how sexy and attractive we were and how he wanted to have fun with us. We were frightened for our safety. We asked that he shut the partition a number of times. Finally he did this, however he played his music up front so loud that we could hear it over the music we were playing. He lowered the partition soon after he put it up and said "I may not be able to see you, but I can hear everything you say. The partition is not sound proof". One of the girls is a smoker and went up front to do this. She reported that he rubbed the inside of her thigh. She was so alarmed that she actually went through the partition to get away from him. I did not take the limo home after the party because of the extreme discomfort of the experience. When the limo returned he used our bathroom again and asked odd questions including "who's house is this" and "is anyone here during the week". This made me think he was using the bathroom to scout out the place as if he was going to come back at a later time to do god knows what. He presented me with a document which was a higher price ($765) than what we agreed upon and included 20% gratuity. It was supposed to be $714. I didn't feel comfortable giving him the 20% gratuity, but he was inside the house and I wanted him to leave immediately so I gave him the money and quickly locked the doors after he left. Do not use this limo service!!! Ever!!! Creepy, unprofessional and suspicious driver/owner. Worst bachelorette party experience. I expect a limousine service to be at least timely and appropriate. I had hoped that booking a limo would add a touch of elegance, but Fantasy Limousine was simply disgraceful. read more

Worst limo service ever! We hired this guy for our wedding. He showed up late and not only that, but he showed up looking as if he had just rolled out of bed from a late night out. He was not wearing a tuxedo, even though he said he would. Instead, he was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. He ruined our wedding video. He looks like a random homeless man holding the door for us as we got into the limo after the ceremony. Our photographer purposely didn't take any photos of me getting out of the limo because he was in front of it. My groomsmen also informed me that he tried getting two of them to TIP him! The tip was included in our contract. Not to mention that is completely uncouth and tacky! He was also a terrible driver. Go with someone else. Like KON or ABD Coach. read more

Worst Limo service ever. My husband and I booked In a stretch Lincoln navigator for our wedding. They showed up late, rolled up in a crappy limo from 1990 and asked my family member for the money as we pulled into the wedding site. With all the commotion, my dad just ended up paying the driver. Just left the police station because this owner/driver threatened me. He said the fee would be $750 plus 20% tip equalling $900. It was for my son's senior prom so we tried to get as many couples as we could, but could only get 10, asked if he could come down on the price, he couldn't (that's understandable). When he came by to get the deposit, he told me his life story - divorces, kids health problems, etc. When he picked the kids up he was rushing them, I paid him in cash, (which I counted out as I was given it by each parent) asked him to count it twice, he refused, said it was too windy. My son and his girlfriend came home after prom and said he asked them for more $ because he was "short". The girlfriend gave him $50. I called him, furious, and he said he must have dropped some in seats of limo because of the way I handed it to him all crumpled up. He offered to bring the $50 by that night, but it was midnight, so I said no, tomorrow. Next day the story changed, he was short (no mention of it falling in seats) again he blamed me. I said he should have counted it. We haggled and haggled and finally I said I would check with the other parents to see if they made a mistake, he said he would search the limo. Didn't hear back from him so I called him, this time I just asked him to bring it by after 5 p.m. He didn't come, it is now Tuesday afternoon, he came by and gave the $50. 2 minutes later I get a call from another parent, he stopped by her house and said he was short and didn't get any "extra" for the tip (I guess 150 wasn't enough) so they gave him $20. I called him irate and called him a liar and he said he will sue me for slander and we had more angry words and he threatened to "come over" my "house right now!". This guy is a crook and a phony. Rob was my limo driver for my wedding on August 31, 2012. He was bringing my husband and his groomsmen to the ceremony site first, which seemed to go ok, he came on time and everything. When he came to pick up me and my bridesmaids, everything seemed ok, though he was dressed VERY casual and helped the girls carry their things to the car. We were told there would be complimentary beverages, but there was not. The seats were wet and some of the girls sat on them making a big wet spot on the back of their dresses. The groom and groomsmen had left beverages in the coolers in the limo for us to drink, when we went to grab them the coolers were empty, just ice in there. We still do not know where those drinks went? Did he take them? Probably. Very rude! Not only did the guys bring their own drinks for them and for us, but he took them and did not provide us with the comp drinks he promised. There was also no air conditioning in the limo, we all had our makeup done and were sweating. The last thing i needed was to have my makeup dripping everywhere right before I get married. My bridesmaid did ask him to turn it up, but we got no response. Once the night was over, my maid of honor who is engaged told me that the limo driver kept rubbing her back and came up to her while she was LINED up ready to go down the aisle and handed her his number and said "whenever you are in the cape". Thank god the wedding coordinator saw this and ripped it up right away. My maid of honor felt very uncomfortable the entire time since he picked us up. She indicated that he was staring at her uncontrollably and the rubbing of the back is disgusting. All and all I would NOT recommend this company if you want great service. Showing up in a airy shirt and shorts was not ideal, the wet seats were gross, the limo was hot, no drinks (and he took away the drinks the guys left us), and he hit on my maid of honor. read more

Very unprofessional in the way he dressed, his attitude and business practice. He showed up wearing jeans and a Dallas cowboys jacket. He was 30 minutes late picking us up. He couldn't find our house so we had to meet him down the street. He texted most of the time while driving. Preferred payment in cash, and denied cashing the deposit check I sent him (trying to get an extra $100 out of me) when he had in fact cashed it. I could go on and on but this pretty much sums it up... Avoid at all costs!!! read more
