The sole started separating from the boot, which I don't believe should happen this quickly on a premium work boot. I understand the hole in the toe is from normal job-site wear and I'm not expecting that to be covered. My issue is with the sole coming apart after such a short period of time. When I brought them into the store, I was told they could be sent out for stitching, but I would have to pay for the repair. And I not rich enough to have two pairs of boots To leave them for a week. For a boot marketed as durable and built for tough work, I expected better longevity and better warranty support. The staff were polite, but I'm disappointed that a boot at this price point is already needing repairs after only a few months.

The worst ever! Had my 25 year old cowboy boots in for new heels and toe tips. They ended up…read moreputting rubber soles over my leather soles, so then had double stitches, the toe tips were not flush with the boot and the nails kept sliding up, so toe tips fell off, went back to ask them to fix their mistakes, and the old man started yelling and swearing at myself and my sister. He even laid hands on my sister as he told her to get the f---k out of his store. He said their work was perfect, then told me they DO NOT honor their work or stand behind their product!!! Security came in because they heard him yelling at me. In the end he refused to check his records, refused to acknowledge that he even repaired my boots, gave us the finger and told us to get out! We asked how he could treat paying customers this way, he replied that he did not care about his customers!!! I have never been treated so poorly! Finally the item was repaired, however, it was done so by substituting cheap inferior materials to repair an expensive item. After much discussion with the owner as to the fact that the workmanship and materials were unacceptable, he pointed out the sign that says No Refund; No Returns; No Re-dos ..... This owner is disingenuous; dis-honorable; unfair and highly incompetent. He demands Cash up front - the shop can't take credit cards - are they actually legit?
