First, she didn't know the price of the item I wanted to purchase, she said she only works there and that the owner wasn't available at the time, because SHE was at a funeral. Then she gave me a price, but she didn't allow me to inspect the item closely, she said it can't be taken down from the window before Christmas. I went there again after Christmas and she said it can only be discounted 20%, but again, she would not let me inspect it. At that time, she said, she is a manager of the store and that owners are three man, the lady who was at a funeral was also a manager, not an owner of the store. Today, the item I wanted to purchase was still displayed on the window, and she lied that it was already sold, refusing to sell it to me. She was very rude and told me to get out of HER STORE, stating that she is the owner. This person by the name of Christine should not be manager of anything! She can take her whole store to her own home, because we - the residents of Bay Ridge don't need her NASTY ATTITUDE and lies! I own the Wood Chopper Musical Cuckoo which is similar to the clock pictured on the new website which is presently being constructed. The staff is well trained in the products and there is no sales pressure or misleading information.
