I let her know what I wanted a balyage she gave me like 90s foil big straight chunks mind you I never had my hair bleached so I have no clue if she was doing it right. Once she took my foils off she washed my hair and got me all wet like my dress was soaked to the point my underwear was soaked too but she apologized said that they put in new washing stations and she never used this kind of leaning bowl. The haircut..I asked for a lob and got a very straight bob. So all in all I looked like I came out of a 90s movie looked like Chukys sister! Terrible all in all experience! It was my first and will be my last hair salon experience!

Every stylist will take time to teach you how to style your hair like they do, they teach you about products and how healthy or way to get your hair healthy. My hair has changed for the better, since starting here. I love the keratin triplex and moisturizer treatments and believe that's why my hair is healthier, along with better products. The 3 reasons I continue to go: 1. My stylist - I'd give you her name but she's always busy and I don't want to make it even harder to get in to see Rachel 2. The Shampoo Scalp Massage - best ever with your feet up you'll probably fall asleep! 3. Cookies - warm and amazing not always available. ...o yeah, and sometimes another stylist will help blow dry to really make you feel important. I like it cause you can book online, as well as call but it's easier for me to book and change online. they send reminders 48 and 24 hours before. The receptionist is kind, and I've only had to wait for my appointment 1 time and my stylist found someone else to help get started. It is expensive, VERY expensive - it might be the only negative to the place and why I have a 4 star. They have a menu for drinks as well, if they gave you one free drink while getting your hair done it would help at checkout.

Unfortunately a total of $80 treatments really didn't work on my hair, and after reaching out for a refund or credit, I was told it wasn't possible. I think something should be put in place in case a treatment (which is highly advertised, recommended & pricey) does not work on a client, just like you would buy a product in store but you are unhappy and can return. Any solution or refund would be respectful, as I spent a total of $150 that day, having only booked a blow out. Pretty disappointing x

Posted below is a photo of what I asked for along with photos of what I received. She had a cancellation and got me in quick for which I was grateful. I was there for four hours as she worked coloring some else's hair along side mine. I have never been at a salon that long and I understand the hustle but when it was all said and done I had to schedule someone else to pick up my kids and was late for a meeting. I say all that to say towards the end of my appointment I was distracted making texts and arrangements. When she was done, I needed to go and did so in a hurry. That same day I reached out to her to let her know I was disappointed with the outcome. She told me to come back in she would fix it. We schedule a day and time. The night before my new appt, she asked if she could schedule me later. No problem. But I expressed I also needed her to fix the cut. In the photos, you can see that it is not even. I also asked for some face framing that wasn't done. She said she could add low lights for free but the cut would be $20. I told her I didn't understand why she would charge more, ultimately paying $165 for a cut and color that was not acceptable. The bleach was left in my hair to long and fried my hair. You can also see that in the photos. When I expressed that I didn't think I should be charged more, her only solution was to send my money back. She was upset over a Facebook post I made stating I was disappointed in my experience that did not include the salon name or her name. Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather have my money back than go back there BUT accepting responsibility for your mistakes is huge. I understand accountability feels like an attack if you aren't emotionally mature but I treated her with respect. I didn't use profanity or attack her. We are humans, mistakes happen. I was told by her there was a miscommunication. I was pretty clear I wanted what was in the photo. We talked about manipulating the color of the highlights a little but I did not want money pieces and expressed I wanted my natural brown to be as prominent as the photo. I am told this happens all the time there. She proceeded to make a post about running her business on honesty and letting her clients be heard. Let me be clear, she only lets you be heard if you are happy with her work. I was punished for being honest. She also boasted that boundaries are beautiful. You got that right, I am grateful I can set them today and didn't allow her to charge me for work she didn't complete. Her business will carry on and I will find a new stylist. However, I have had so many people reach out about their experiences with her. I think it is worthy of sharing. 10/10 do not recommend.
