I was next in line, waiting, when a man opened the door and decided to turn out because it looked too busy. So my stylist decided to let him go ahead of me because "he just needed a neck trim." I was in the store before him, and checked in before him. He checked in at the store. Pretty damn rude and disrespectful of my time that I spent waiting. Wait times are ALWAYS screwed up at this place. If I could rate 0 stars I would, I will not be returning.

My son and I had our go to person for years and she was wonderful. After she left, we were bounced around from person to person none of whom seemed trained at all in the ways of hair cutting/styling. We kept going out of misguided loyalty, however. Finally, my wife had to step in (as she often does to get me to see what's obvious to everyone else) and tell me that both myself and my son have been getting awful haircuts for months. I don't mind looking like a doofus, but I don't want my son to... and I REALLY don't want to pay $50 for both of us to. Not very fair to the great stylists but when that's the vibe going in there it's not a place I want to spend my money.
