Posted below is a photo of what I asked for along with photos of what I received. She had a cancellation and got me in quick for which I was grateful. I was there for four hours as she worked coloring some else's hair along side mine. I have never been at a salon that long and I understand the hustle but when it was all said and done I had to schedule someone else to pick up my kids and was late for a meeting. I say all that to say towards the end of my appointment I was distracted making texts and arrangements. When she was done, I needed to go and did so in a hurry. That same day I reached out to her to let her know I was disappointed with the outcome. She told me to come back in she would fix it. We schedule a day and time. The night before my new appt, she asked if she could schedule me later. No problem. But I expressed I also needed her to fix the cut. In the photos, you can see that it is not even. I also asked for some face framing that wasn't done. She said she could add low lights for free but the cut would be $20. I told her I didn't understand why she would charge more, ultimately paying $165 for a cut and color that was not acceptable. The bleach was left in my hair to long and fried my hair. You can also see that in the photos. When I expressed that I didn't think I should be charged more, her only solution was to send my money back. She was upset over a Facebook post I made stating I was disappointed in my experience that did not include the salon name or her name. Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather have my money back than go back there BUT accepting responsibility for your mistakes is huge. I understand accountability feels like an attack if you aren't emotionally mature but I treated her with respect. I didn't use profanity or attack her. We are humans, mistakes happen. I was told by her there was a miscommunication. I was pretty clear I wanted what was in the photo. We talked about manipulating the color of the highlights a little but I did not want money pieces and expressed I wanted my natural brown to be as prominent as the photo. I am told this happens all the time there. She proceeded to make a post about running her business on honesty and letting her clients be heard. Let me be clear, she only lets you be heard if you are happy with her work. I was punished for being honest. She also boasted that boundaries are beautiful. You got that right, I am grateful I can set them today and didn't allow her to charge me for work she didn't complete. Her business will carry on and I will find a new stylist. However, I have had so many people reach out about their experiences with her. I think it is worthy of sharing. 10/10 do not recommend.

Again, they were slightly busy so I did not think much of it. He asked what shape I wanted and I said almond. He shaped the first nail (pinky) and asked if it looked good. I asked for it to be a little more round (he had them slightly pointy similar to stelleto). He corrected it and got to the second nail. He shaped the second nail and I realized he was making them just round and I wasn't happy with the shape. I asked if he could make them more almond shape and that I did not love the round shape he was making them. He dropped my hand and in the most disrespectful tone possible said " You said round." I take my hand, at this point about to cry and contemplating walking out (never done that) "no i dont want round nails." " so you want them to be square?" he says. MIND YOU WHOLE TIME THERE IS A PICTURE OF NAILS AND NAIL SHAPES ON THE WALL NEXT TO US.... "No i want them almond shaped, I do not want them flat on top of to have 90 degree angles, i do not want square nails." I should have left because the man proceed to file all my nails down to nothing and make them round. (remember how i mentioned my nail growing journey) sounds silly but I was devestated. I used to never take care of myself and get my nails done and this was such a big thing for me to do and enjoy myself. Unfortunately, instead of saying anything I allowed him to finish. On the verge of tears the rest of the visit I did not say another word. I had a pedicure the same time and the lady did well, did not talk except to ask for color and try multiple times to upsell a more expensive package. Her work was fast and felt rushed but toe nails looked good. Was less than relaxing. After this service I cried in my car. Would not recommend this place unless its a last resort. I hope that little sweet gal is doing good.

I saw a lady at who had gotten beautiful French tips and was just decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the result. I will definitely be back here again to have my nails done! The quality of the work I received here was disappointing…read more 1. On my pedicure, I said I wanted my nails clipped and then she only clipped the big toenail? Why, I do not know because now they're growing in a curved shape over my toes because they needed to be cut. Guess I'll do that at home and home the polish doesn't chip to hell. 2. Manicure focused too much on exfoliating the legs and not nearly enough on the feet. I'm not sure they touched the heels at all. 3.. I wasn't asked how long or short I wanted my nails so had to ask for them to be shorter, twice, and they're still longer than I would really want ideally. 3I was not asked what shape I want and they gave me square which is not my favorite, and on top of that the nails are definitely not all shaped the same. I want to caveat that I know I could have said something at any time. I just don't care enough because I just filed them to a round shape at home and gave it a new top coat. But I noted the inconsistency and lack of asking what I wanted.
