Sat for 10 min. One of the workers says Michelle is running late and it will be a little bit. Gets me water. 45 minutes later still no one speaks to me two stylist go to the back for a break while I'm still waiting. Finally I interrupt a stylist to tell her I am not waiting anymore and I do not want to be charged for a cut I did not get. She just looks at me. I walk out. I have been going there for years but never again. Terrible customer service.

Kristie, Liz and Sloane were wonderful to be around (so cheerful!) and Kelsey, the owner, runs a very professional shop. There is a contract, and for a small fee they will rent out their salon (so your bridal party can get ready privately) or go somewhere else (they came to our church to do hair and makeup on site). Not only were they early (!) for our day, they did everything efficiently without at all rushing their work. They honored each person's style and did an excellent job- from the Mother-of-the-Bride to the young Flower Girls. I was very impressed with the process, and the end results!

Then you get rushed thru it without everything you booked for. IDK what I did to piss her off, but she did me REALLY DIRTY!!!!! 5 months later and I am still trying to fix the damage she did. Being a long term client, I thought I could count on the owner/senior stylist to fix things. Nope. She was to busy to be bothered. Do your wig a favor and stay away!

I had been told by other salons that "you can't do that with your hair." If I ask for something impossible, they explain why, and tell me what we can do to come very close. I am thrilled that they were able to take my very dark thin hair and make it the complete opposite- healthy, bouncy and blonde! The colorists here are at an expert level- anyone else who has tried making my hair this bright has done nothing but turn it orange. They are very professional in the way that they do things- Stations are always clean, I am always offered a drink of water and a magazine while I wait for my color, and I never have color drip in my ears or eyes. I only wish I had found them sooner! The services here are comparable to other "nice" salons in Owatonna- you're not going to get a cheap wal-mart haircut here, but in return you get high quality service, beautiful hair, and product recommendations that match your needs. I will not tell you the name of my stylist however, because it's already hard enough to get an appointment!! They're all great.

I asked Barb if she would use this formula for me and she agreed. Several months later Barb started changing the formula and turned my hair into an unflattering color.
