She uses high quality, plant based, eco friendly products, and always does whats healthiest for my hair while giving me what i want. I went from blonde to brunette and back to blonde and she made it happen without any breakage or damage. My hair is healthier than ever and she always prioritizes my hair needs and great at compliments. I'd recommend her as anyones hype girl. She is not the easiest to stay in contact with over text so I recommend calling her or the salon to make appointments, shes a busy lady and has a busy life just like anyone else and i cant blame her. For her talent i highly recommend her. Or anyone at Envy Hair Salon, they are great people with great talent. And a bonus is the vibe/atmosphere of the salon, everything is welcoming, stylish, and covered in plants! Love it!!!

I rarely post reviews when I don't intend on visiting the place again. The reason is that I'm just…read morehere on a visit. My friend's toddler needed a haircut and I needed one too so she told me to visit this barbershop. I was immediately impressed with the place, as it was a real barbershop (something I have yet to find in quite a while). The wait was long but it was worth it because I selected Lázaro as my barber (the same one for my friend's son). Lázaro was very professional and, with few words, was able to cut my hair and style me beard as I intended. It's quite a shame I don't live in the area so I will likely never set foot here again. However, should I need a haircut and I find myself paying a visit to my friends, I may very well make a stop, and Lázaro will get my tip. If you, however, live in the area, stop here for all your beard and haircut needs. The wait may be long but it's well worth it.

Problem is the front desk lady with an attitude. I called to ask and make sure he is there and what time I have left to come today (it was 2pm at this point and they close at 7pm). She kept telling me 10min but I told her I couldn't be there in 10 min but I could in 30 I just wanted to be sure he is there. She kept putting the phone down and would just say 10 min and hung up on me. I called again and said we got disconnected and she hung up on me again. 3 times. Then when I got there and told her I didn't appreciate getting hung up on for such a simple question, she laughed in my face. If your job is to stand around and sweep, wipe a window, and answer the phone but you don't want to do any of that and you just want to sit on your phone and watch memes while you hang up on people..... go home. If it wasn't for Soto working there, I wouldn't go back simply because of her nasty attitude.

Grace Adams did my extensions even though my hair couldn't withstand them. She was so negligent…read morethat she nearly ripped every single hair out of head and kept re-installing the wefts even though I was losing hair. I am now nearly bald and will require a wig to cover up what she did. She refused to grant me any form of refund even when I told her the money would go towards a wig. She has no morals and will take your money in a heartbeat. She also raises her prices without informing you of it first. I am a cancer survivor that has already lost my hair once to chemotherapy. Now, I lost my hair again because of Grace. I will never recover this emotionally. I'm going to need counseling since all of this makes me feel like I cancer all over again. Plus I will have to be put on medication to help grow my hair back. Grace has no remorse for what she did. I am permanently scarred from this, and I'm beyond relieved that she will have to answer to God about this one day. I truly hope J Co. Salon burns to the ground, and I hope Grace rots in hell. Karma will always come back around. Do NOT go to Grace or this salon for any extensions or other services. She talks bad about all of her other clients and lacks professionalism. It's always social hour in this salon with all the hair stylists chatting with each other, cussing, and complaining. They do actually focus solely on you as a client and that's more than likely why I'm in this position today. Grace should lose her cosmetology license all together for her sickening behavior following the situation. She just 20 years old, and I wouldn't trust her for any hair care whatsoever. The master stylist/ owner stated on the website that she trains and educates Grace on all things extensions. She, too, refuses to accept responsibility. Please go somewhere where they will focus on you as a client and can accept responsibility when they've done something wrong. Jasmine's business won't last forever with her running it this way, and she will deserve it if/when it closes. Grace as well since she's an independent contractor. I have included photos of text messages from Grace Adams and owner & "master stylist", Jasmine. This is how they treat other women. Grace and Jasmine humiliated me further by conducting theirselves in this manner. These are meanest, most cruel women I have ever met in all of my 29 years. GOOD JOB J CO. Studio 4 can always get me in at the last minute (I never plan in advance) and everyone is friendly and talkative (but not in the weird awkward way). They recently moved from behind the old Kroger to a cute little bungalow right near the old Spring Hill High School (behind Utopia's Coffee Shop, now closed business). My one bad experience resulted in the stylist (a guy, who's name I don't recall because I was crying) being fired. He cut my hair into a mullet... literally. A bad day, I don't care to remember (Wynette was unavailable). If you want your hair done well... and for a reasonable price, in a not at all pretentious atmosphere... try Studio 4 and ask for Wynette.
