My stylist totally insulted my hair, I guess to put down the other salon I had gone to. Of all people to know how insulting it is to hear an insult on your hair, it's a hair stylist! The prices are twice the price for any trim that I have ever seen! However, the kids' stylist was super nice and did a great job trimming an inch of my little girl's hair and she was in a whole other section from the gossiping bunch! Although my son's hair looks bad! He's had much better cuts at other places.

I never get pedicures because I'm so ticklish but the one I got here was truly one of the best ones I've had. The quality from both things were awesome. I will definitely be going back again!

The gentleman I got did not speak a word to me, didn't ask me what kind of service I even wanted. Started shaping my nails without asking what shape. One nail he hit with the dryer. By this time I'm mortified. Get to the pedicure chair. Did not ask me which service I wanted. Just started with cold water, I might add. Did not massage my legs, anything. Put some warm towels on them while he polished toe nails. By far, the worst experience I have ever had. 90 bucks thrown down the drain.

I had been looking for organic hair color and products for quite some time and came across Bei…read moreCapelli Salon. Owner Karen seriously changed my hair! She is very knowledgeable about styles that best fit you, and she uses organic hair products, which have made all the difference! They don't burn when she puts them on, and I don't leave with a headache or sinus congestion, which I used to get with regular hair color. I have very thick, course hair, and being in my mid-50s, I have quite a bit of gray as well, but her hair color product works great and covers the gray amazingly well! I highly recommend Karen at Bei Capelli!!

The gentleman who did my pedicure and the other man working were both very friendly. The pedicure was good and relaxing with a nice massage. Today I got the #2 because I wanted something a little extra and I actually got less. While I got 2 light leg massages they didn't touch my feet. Like not anything past my ankles. This has never happened before and I was honestly in too much shock to say anything. I kinda thought the foot massage was half of the point of the service. As someone who works on their feet all day it's what I want more than the polish. I've never had the person who did them today and unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. Total loss of $40.

I really tried to give this place a chance but they have no idea what they're doing. I just…read morerecently moved here from Chicago so I tried to make this my new nail place. I am really simple with my nails. I always get a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. Nothing fancy. The first time I went here the guy that did my pedicure was rude and did the bare minimum. My toe nails smudged right away because he didn't help me put my flip flops on and he didn't put those things between my toes. A different guy did my no chip manicure and he asked if I wanted to cut my nails down and I said yes. I came in with oval nails. He cut them straight across and started shaping them into Square nails. Why are you giving me square nails without asking?! I didn't say anything because I was trying to be nice. And when I left the nails were obviously shaped unevenly and lopsided. However I gave this place a second chance and asked for females this time because males are always less detail oriented. My no chip manicure was fine this time. However the lady that did my pedicure gave me ONE coat of regular nail polish for a LIGHT PINK. In my 25 years of getting my nails done I have never seen someone paint only one coat especially for an off brand light color. My toes and hand are literally a different color because my the color on my toes are less pigmented. Again I didn't say anything because I'm nice and I just decided I wasn't coming back to this place again. When I went to check out the guy charged me the same price for the regular pedicure as a no chip manicure which he obviously upcharged me for. Please do not support this place. They cut corners and have no idea what they are doing
