Today I got the #2 because I wanted something a little extra and I actually got less. While I got 2 light leg massages they didn't touch my feet. Like not anything past my ankles. This has never happened before and I was honestly in too much shock to say anything. I kinda thought the foot massage was half of the point of the service. As someone who works on their feet all day it's what I want more than the polish. I've never had the person who did them today and unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. Total loss of $40.

Andy is out of this world with his craft, he brings my crazy designs to life and when I ask for something that is impossible he tells me and we readjust. Ryan and Kim are also amazing! Ryan is so gentle and kind. His shaping is awesome! And he's funny! Kim is the sweetest! She will literally give you the shirt off your back! They make that place feel like family. I wanted French tips and he did a clear base and they're hideous. I paid $70 and they are absolutely so ugly, i cried about them as soon as i got in the car. Two of my fingers were bleeding from his lack of care, most of them read from either the paint or how rough he was filing, and really they're just hideous. this was the worst experience i have ever had in any nail salon.

I really tried to give this place a chance but they have no idea what they're doing. I just…read morerecently moved here from Chicago so I tried to make this my new nail place. I am really simple with my nails. I always get a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. Nothing fancy. The first time I went here the guy that did my pedicure was rude and did the bare minimum. My toe nails smudged right away because he didn't help me put my flip flops on and he didn't put those things between my toes. A different guy did my no chip manicure and he asked if I wanted to cut my nails down and I said yes. I came in with oval nails. He cut them straight across and started shaping them into Square nails. Why are you giving me square nails without asking?! I didn't say anything because I was trying to be nice. And when I left the nails were obviously shaped unevenly and lopsided. However I gave this place a second chance and asked for females this time because males are always less detail oriented. My no chip manicure was fine this time. However the lady that did my pedicure gave me ONE coat of regular nail polish for a LIGHT PINK. In my 25 years of getting my nails done I have never seen someone paint only one coat especially for an off brand light color. My toes and hand are literally a different color because my the color on my toes are less pigmented. Again I didn't say anything because I'm nice and I just decided I wasn't coming back to this place again. When I went to check out the guy charged me the same price for the regular pedicure as a no chip manicure which he obviously upcharged me for. Please do not support this place. They cut corners and have no idea what they are doing

I was greeted cheerfully upon entering, and was impressed at the cleanliness and great decor of this place. The prices are really reasonable, and I was given a tour of all the different levels of beds, of which there are four... from the basic of days of old, to the high tech ones... and even the leg tanners, spray booths, and red light therapy, which I understand helps with acne! Imagine that... I was duly impressed and signed up for a package of five visits in a level three hot bed, and got down to business. (There are even towels on a shelving unit you can grab if you think you need one...) The bed is quite futuristic and really comfortable with plenty of bulbs and fans, and the room has a chair, hooks to hang your purse, clothes, or whatever. A little "sawhorse" sign assures you that the bed had been cleaned, and it definitely looks like it! The controls to turn it on/off are right by the head of the bed on the wall, and the bed is huge! Plenty of room to get comfy. Nothing like the little beds from back in the day that felt like coffins... LOL... I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic, because I'm not sure how people like that ever did it back then! Anyway, it was a great visit, and I'm really impressed by the place, the equipment, and especially the people. Linda has a special gift for mixing just the right blend of essential oils and finding problem areas to target. She listened thoughtfully to why I was there and customised the session to my specific needs. She was genuinely warm and friendly, but allowed me to have a quiet massage once I settled in. Her studio was such a cozy, beautiful, and peaceful space that smelled delicious but not overpowering. It was like being on a little zen meditation retreat without leaving home. All my cares melted away.
