Cons: Very low budget salon for such extremely high rates. Serious upselling to the point of discomfort for services, but no products in store because no one can afford to stock them. A little arrogant about how much better and more ethical she is over any other esthetician. Overall, I can't say I wouldn't return if the price was reasonable, but I get the same procedure in the Boro for $50 at a high end place now that would cost me $100 in Manchester at a small salon without any pressure to buy more services, but still happy to educate for when I'm ready.

Girls at front were nice, PA's were mature and always knew what you were talking about. Then it started changing. It became a revolving door. I never saw the same face but one PA who came on Sat who had a heart of gold. But I knew enough that people were getting fired over quotas. It was disappointing. Anyway, I trudged on. Not long ago some comments were made about my age. I was 59. I'm not sure if everyone didn't get the memo but that is rude. THEN I turned 60. I was informed I couldn't get my medicine. THEN I was informed that I should go get a nuclear stress test. Now all the doors were open and my age is being discussed again with this test and everybody is talking at the same time. I had to just leave. But I know enough ex employees to know about the rule after 60 NOW. Man what a discriminatory rule. I would have been gone a long time ago if I had known that.
