Cali Nails is a place I always want to go to. The service is excellent and I'm very satisfied. I love Cali Nails.

We opted for the Deluxe Spa pedicure at $45. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Disappointing to say the least. Very quick massage, scrub and hot wax. She told us to wait for my polish to dry, which I tried to do. After 5 minutes, she shut off the massage chair and escorted us to the front. Will not be back! read more

I have been here several times. The first two times I paid $55 for a Deluxe pedicure with Gel polish. Both those times I paid $55 each time. Then I returned for the same pedicure and gel mani each time paying $80. The last time I tried a dip mani on my real nails and paid $35 (without a pedi). I visited yesterday to have my dip mani removed and re done. I then added on a gel deluxe pedi. The gentleman totaled me up at the end and I ended up paying "$100 even" as he said. I also tipped thinking "Well they probably raised prices." So I decided to call back today and check on prices. The gentleman that did my nails yesterday answered so I asked him "What are your prices for gel pedi and dip mani. It should have totaled $80 according to his numbers. I do not like their dishonesty and their lack of consistency. You get what you pay for there with their cheap pedi specials. The quality of their pedicures and manicures are not up to par like surrounding places. I won't be back. read more

My Nails were took off in a poor way! And my nail bed was ripped off. After my nail bleeding, the nail tech continues to take off my nail causing my actual nail to break more. After refusing service I was treated poorly and being pointed at and talked about! read more

Took my young grandchildren and the staff were so sweet to them. AND...my granddaughter's mani-pedi was perfect!

Highly recommend! I am so, so glad I disregarded the negative (maybe locals or the competition?) reviews on this nail salon! Traveling through the area, needing a manicure and dip, I selected Cali Nails based on location and timing. Every employee I encountered was pleasant and professional, also the salon is extremely clean! There was steady stream of clearly repeat clients, yet I was treated no differently as a first timer. My manicurist did exactly as I asked, doing a beautiful job on my nails. I couldn't be happier! read more

I am from out of town and I came here for the first time. I LOVED my Deluxe pedicure and basic manicure. JOHN did a fantastic job and was very nice. He did a great massage too. Highly recommend!!! read more

We waited about 40 minutes with our feet in water for two pedicures, which was fine, except we had made appointments and asked when would be a good time. When someone did finally get to us, the tech nicked me, and the paint job was really shoddy. Pretty disappointing for a $32 basic pedicure. Won't come back. read more

they over charge you there website says a fill in is $42 but they charged me $60 to I don't recommend going here

The worst place in town, they don't take off cuticles or nothing just water wow I never had a pedicure so bad in my life .

well... the nail tech cut my nail into the quick and it started to bleed. she never ever acknowledged it happened. I will never go back. the nails were also crooked. so very dissatisfied and I work hard for my money and there was no discount nor nothing. please don't go here read more

I got my nails done Thursday of this past week, they weren't even busy to start off so why I was given such awful service is beyond me. First the sign says for a full set it is 25.00 I never get them any longer than almost right above my fingertip, I got one color, and just regular shape. They charged me 35.00 Second you could literally see where he didn't put clear coat all over the nail, on every single one you could see where it stopped They started lifting the third day I had them on, and here it is a week later and they fell off. I get my nails done often and they usually last a month. I won't be going back. They should change their sign and say $35 if that's what they're going to charge, and speed doesn't mean a lot if the quality is garbage. WILL NOT BE BACK read more

Do not go here! They do not sanitize stuff properly- they used the same file on my toenails that they used on everyone before me, and I now have toenail fungus for the first time in my life. Oh, and I was also charged an extra $5 because they used the exfoliator on my feet, even though they didn't tell me that it cost extra. read more

I love this nail salon! They always do a fantastic job on my nails and the service is unbeatable. All of the staff are beyond friendly and work to suit your wants and there's hardly ever a wait. They have a lovely selection of colors and work in a timely manner while maintaining high satisfaction. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and their prices are unbeatable. Wanted stiletto nails and got these ugly pointy almond shaped nails with acrylic and one color nail polish.. my nails were kind of grown out, like most nail salons they clip your nails before they start. They definitely did not do that. Felt rushed even though it was just me, my friend and maybe three other people that were there. They also messed up my friends nails. She wanted stiletto nails as well and the women working on her cut them too short and said she couldn't do them. I was charged 40$ and tipped 5$ cause I'm well mannered. Won't ever go back. Not to mentioned had two nail technicians working on me cause they were working with other customers besides me at the same time! read more

Cali Nails - I wanted stiletto nails. Definitely not going back! - Nail Salons Near Me - Tullahoma, Tennessee

I have been going to this salon for well over a year. While the new place is pretty, I have to add that the quality of employees is suffering to keep up with demand. I always tip $20 even when I'm not very happy. But this last time took the cake he did my nails and she asked if I wanted to make them shorter. He took finger nail clippers and made them shorter than my own finger nails. This is the first time, I have actually considered complaining to the owner. read more

Worse pedicure/ manicure I have ever had ! I have a bleeding fingernail and toenails were clipped and pulled from the nailbeds. The polish didn't dry on my toenails and left with them a mess. No more $ spent here ! read more

I really LOVED this place...I started making appointments with Linda just because she did my nails right and they would last, first time I made an appointment got there 5mins early only to sit and wait 45mins..made an appointment this time and got there 10mins early only to be told to come back tomorrow...mind you I live 25 mins away from the shop....i really loved cali nails but they will never get my business again. read more

The mani / pedi came out fine. And I like the massage chair. The reason why this business is getting ONE star from me is the following: Their sign says $38 for mani / pedi. That is the price I expected to pay. During the pedicure, the woman who can't (or pretends she can't---- not sure) speak english, gestures to the buffer in her hand in my heals. (Like, "Would you like me to buff your heals?") I nod "yes" because every pedicure I've ever had in my life ... they buff your heals! When it's time to pay, she says something in Chinese to her coworker and he says, 'You have to pay $42. Because she did your heals." I was completely taken aback. So they use this little fraudulant trick to squeeze $5 out of all of their customers. Don't fall for it. #cheats read more

After tonight's visit I will never go back. I have went here for years and spent hundreds of dollars with them but tonight I went for a pedicure. I waited patiently for 25 minutes for them to get to me. When they did they did my nails and then put me under dryer. After 2 mins she told me I was done. I obviously knew my nails were not dry and said I'm going to sit for another min. 2 mins later she came up to me and told me I need to take my shoes and go. I explained it was raining and would rather not walk out in the flip flops they provide. She made me leave and said it was closing yet there was 15 mins till closing. Horrible customer service! read more

First time visit and had a horrible experience. The people were rude, they didn't have a variety of polish to choose from, the worker complained about their back hurting most of the time, they placed my feet and hands upon another person's nails they had clipped earlier. I felt rushed when there was only me and two other people present. My nails were left jagged to where I had to go home and file them myself. I will not be returning and do not recommend going there. read more

Great experience at Cali Nails!! Quick, clean and reasonably priced! Will go back for sure!!

I got shellac a couple of weeks ago there. The man that did my nails didn't even push my cuticles back or cut them. He didn't paint my nails to the cuticle or to the edge. There were gaps on all of my nails. I was not happy with them at all. read more

I really enjoyed this place! It was my first time going and I went for a pedicure with my mom. The staff was super friendly and the service itself was awesome. I had to wait for a minute, but nothing unreasonable and the price was good. read more

Worst salon. Literally watched one of the employees move from 3 different customers with NO gloves on, and NEVER washed his bare hands before touching the next persons feet and hands. The utensils were never sanitized between the customers, and I watched them use a CHEESE GRATER on a ladies feet to remove excess skin! I was so disgusted with the whole place i got up and walked out before they could finish my pedicure. NO stars should be given for this kind of busniess. read more
