Timmy is the absolute best nail tech I've ever seen. He's never hurt me, and when he does my nails, their always perfect!

Would leave zero if I could. Awful massage barely touched me. Didn't trim or file my nails. The entire basket was not sterilized. Re-used tools from prior guests. Will be a miracle if I don't catch a fungus. The basins were not lined whatsoever. They didn't fully remove my gel before reapplying the next color. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Steer clear! After being told to pick my color and sit in the pedicure chair for over 30 minutes I was greeted by a very young girl who very clearly didn't want to be there. The pedicure bowl was not lined with plastic, I got a few pats on my calves as a massage, and before starting the pedicure she pulled tools from and unkempt a basket. Before proceeding I asked if the tools were sterilized and she said they spray them with alcohol between clients. As a nurse, this is unacceptable. After requesting to stop the pedicure the girl and rest of the staff stormed off and never said a word as we made our way to the exit. read more

Rude! I went here for the first and LAST time today. The staff is very rude and will not get my business again. Received a pedi...asked if they had tine for a mani..was told yes.... Then the tech expected me to sit & wait while he ate lunch. read more

I went on a Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. They all looked tired. Like they just woke up or hadden't slept in days. They we're not friendly at all. I spent $75 on a gel manicure and pedicure and didn't even get my feet massaged! It was so much better 10 years ago. read more

Ultra nails? More like ultra priced! I got a simple nail piece and I couldn't get the shape I wanted (almond) because it was extra if it wasn't round or square. A one color (8 of them) with a glitter color (two nails) costs $90 when I can go to another place and it is $40. They also messed it up but didn't fix them so I had to go get them fixed at another nail salon!! read more

Responding for my wife after hearing about multiple below par experiences. Overpriced for sure but the level of rudeness from a multitude of employees including the owner is beyond acceptable. She has been told to "shut up" on 2 occasions and is never treated with respect or consideration. We will not be patrons at this business anymore and would warn anyone who visits to be prepared for a subpar bad experience. I would give negative stars if possible. read more

I have been going to this Salon for over 10 years on a regular basis. Timmy is hands down the best with nails of anyone I've ever seen. And I've been all over the world getting my nails done. I've read some reviews that implied the staff is rude. That's just not true, you have to keep in mind that English is not their birth language so someone could misunderstand them as being rude, when they are not trying to be. I love this nail salon!!! Absolutely less than impressed with the service. The employees are very rude. Walked in with my five year old daughter to get our nails and waited ten minutes to even be asked what we needed. As I was having my daughter pick out a color one of the ladies snapped at her to not touch the bottles of polish because they could break. These bottles are the same thing u can but at Walmart for ten dollars or less. Thought we were going to have a nice mother daughter day but not so much. read more

This is a mixed review because I really likes how they have been doing my nails but not the lady that works there. I recently started going to this location since it's right down from my work and convenient. I have been there three times in the last month in a half first time pedicure and dipped nails and the second to have my nails redipped and was very pleased with both times, this time I needed a pedicure and i brought myself and my little girl in we picked our colors out and had a seat in the massage chairs to wait our turn, my husband was in town because we are seeing a movie after and he ran in to see if I wanted him to take my car to the car wash while I was getting my feet done and I said sit down feel this massager (I have been trying to talk him into a pedicure for years but he is just a good old country boy and not having it) I wanted him to see how relaxing it was he talked to me less then two mins and from across the room full of people the lady who works there with no personality says sir are you getting a pedicure I respond no he is fixing to leave I just needed to talk to him a min she responds with straight rude attitude "then you don't need to be using our massagers" I about fell over I thought I spend how much money in this place and would have been a very good loyal customer to you and you just acted like that....ok....I got up and walked out and will not be back ever again. She needs a lesson in customer service and you take care of your good customers and don't treat them like they are a problem. read more

I asked for a pedicure when I walked in. I was told "Pick Color." Then I was told to go to 11. This is where I waited for 30 minutes just sitting there. A guy working on a lady beside me finally ran a little water. Not even enough to cover my feet. This is where I sat for 15 more minutes. Still no one speaking to me. I watched one then two getting waited on that came in after me. I slowly start drying my feet off & rolling my pants down waiting for someone to speak or say they'll be right there, but nothing. I got up & walked all the way from the back to leave & no one said a word to me as I walked out. read more

I'm from California, but was here for work and got a pedicure. Thu was excellent. I have awful ingrown nails, she removed them with the least amount pain. I got the more expensive pedicure, and it was completely worth it. read more

Been going here off and on for over 10 years now, and they do a good job every time. The workers are friendly and very family oriented. The only con is that it can get really busy and you end up being there longer than you expected. read more

I've never been super impressed with this salon, but the last time I went was one of the worst. The staff I worked with was rude and harsh with me. I was having a hard time getting comfortable, as I'm currently pregnant, and felt like they were inpatient and plain rude. I got my pedicure and then proceeded to get my powder nails taken off. They used a drill and file to get the powder off and painted them clear and charged me $15. When I left I realized they didn't even get the entire powder off, and when I went to get my nails done again in Murfreesboro, they had to do the process again bc there was so much left over from the previous job. Thankfully I was not charged at that salon. My husband even commented on how horrible they looked and told me I needed to go get them done (not typical). Also, when I left the salon and ran errands, my toes looked terrible. For some reason the polish never dried and got everywhere. I made sure to be careful and wear sandals and they still ended up this way. Unimpressed to say the least. I won't be going back! read more

Talk about minimal effort. Fastest manicure i ever had (not worth $15 for sure). Why do I have to ask them to do things that should be obvious? (clean under nail, make sure nails are equal lengths, "clean up" excess polish on the finished nail) The tech was distracted and they changed people midway through the manicure (WTF) and when the lady put lotion on my arms she didn't bother putting it on my hands. My hands were so dry when i left. I made the mistake of slathering on the CHEAP A** lotion they had at the drying station, and i smelled horrible (like plastic) the rest of the day. I wanted to like this place because it seems less skeevy than the other places in town, but no dice. read more
