I have gone here for quite a while and the service is good, the place is clean. Last time I was there was Monday, they were slow, their staff were on their phones. I was waiting for my toe nails to dry enough to have the foam spacer removed and put my sandles on. I asked o e of the girls that was on her phone enjoying it. She said wait a little while longer so I did, I asked her to help out my sandles on. She said you can do it yourself and continued on her phone. Bad service, I may look elsewhere, it's not cheap. I made a 1:00 PM appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early. After checking in, I was told to sit in a pedicure chair and wait "just a minute," but I ended up waiting over an hour before anyone started my pedicure. I chose the most basic pedicure package, and by the time they finally began my acrylics I had already been there for about two hours. The entire visit ended up taking over three hours for a simple pedicure and French tip acrylics. Despite the long wait and delay with my appointment time, I was still charged $135. I understand salons can get busy, but if you're running that far behind, it would be helpful to communicate that to customers or reschedule appointments. I decided to give this place a try because the reviews were good. However, I had a horrible experience. My toes were bleeding during the pedicure. While she was cutting my cuticles she was pulling back my skin and it was painful, like pulling a hang nail off. I kept jerking my foot because of the pain and she just giggled. Then I showed my nail inspo picture to the nail tech and she told me that color was not going to work and got a completely different color. We argued back and forth and when she put the color on she asked if I liked the color. I kindly said I did not and that I wanted the color I originally picked. She continued putting on the color she had.... A few hours later and the cuticles, surrounding area of my nail, and toes are burning, red, and swollen. I never write bad reviews, and I honestly don't love the fact I'm writing this one. While visiting the parents in Manchester, I was recommended to Tammy Nail and Spa! I was extremely pleased! I made an appointment to see Tammy. She was ready when I arrived and very attentive to her work. I had dip polish removed and a very light and fresh gel polish applied. Tammy was very helpful with the selection of color. I absolutely LOVE Tammy Nails. They always are all so kind. This place is also VERY clean. I'm pretty picky about the cleanliness of nail salons ever since I get a very bad toe infection at a place in tullahoma a while back following a pedicure. The prices are fair and they all do a fantastic job. I think my favorite is Danny. He has such a funny personality and just overall a pleasant guy. He has done my manicure almost every time I've visited and has never failed to do a phenomenal job. They're all very welcoming and want you to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible while you're there. They have tons of colors and polishes to choose from and will accommodate whatever you want done! I have called same-day many times and they always are able to squeeze me in, even at short notice. Truly one of the best salons especially with pedicures. They actually care about your nails. They aren't there to just paint your nails and go on about their business. Do a great job with designs also. I highly recommend. read more

They MURDERED my friends and I nails and made us both bleed and I didn't have ingrown toe nails and she " cut" them out and now my toe nails are all messed up.
