I'm not even sure what happened at the end of the pedicure, but the person was trying to put my feet back in the water. I told them I didn't want that. Overall, the staff is pretty nice. I come here regularly because it is convenient and the prices are fair. I only usually have my eyebrows and my lip waxed. They usually do a pretty decent job on my eyebrows & lip but this time around the tech burned my skin. this is unacceptable. where she waxed was stinging a little after she was done, but I didn't notice the burn until the next morning. The techs should be skills enough not to have this happen if they're working out on the floor. Disappointing because it is so convenient. read more

I would give them negative stars if it was an option. The young lady that did my pedicure did a very nice job. So if you want to know why this is a bad review, sit back and I'll tell you. My wife got the rejuvenation pedicure (40 min). The older man that did her pedicure was done in under 25 min. That's not the worst of it. He did a HORRIBLE job painting her nails, he painted them IN her shoes AND got paint on her shoe!!! So another lady came and fixed the bad paint job and she was very nice. When we brought all this to the managers attention his response was....well, sorry about the paint on the shoe but since we fixed the paint job you still have to pay $40 for the basic pedicure that you received. If you are gonna spend time and money, do it elsewhere. read more

My daughter was here visiting out of state so I decided to treat her to a pedicure. Everywhere else was completely packed so I thought I would try posh one more time. That was a huge mistake the lady was so rough with me she used a drummer to do my calluses and she burnt me and cut me making me bleed.. Since I complained she didn't do the other foot but I still had to pay for it. My nail polished 2 days later is coming off. I spoke with my daughter and her nail polishes also coming off. I will be contacting the licencing board and putting in a formal complaint. read more

I usually come to this place often and have been a regular for years, they used to have a great staff. The way I was treated today by one of the employees when I was showing him a design and then he immediately started saying no they couldn't do that and got real frustrated with me (it was just flames & I wasn't asking him to get it but showing him) I have never felt more disrespected & wish I did not drive 30 minutes for this kind of service. We never had any problems when we visited this business. The staff were very nice, their service was great, and the prices were excellent. I felt pampered the whole time I visited for my pedis. We've been here a few times. The salon is clean and organized. I have gotten both a mani and pedi. Their polish selection is fantastic. The pedi chais are comfortable. I love how they disinfect all instruments before each client. The staff are very friendly, and they serve you drinks (including wine) while you're getting pampered. Great experience here! read more

When my nail tech got seated, she asked if my mom and I were related. I went to Posh Nails yesterday to redeem a gift certificate. I ask the price for a basic manicure and pedicure with white tips. I was quoted $52. Then the technician asked if I wanted regular white tips or gel. I said gel. They informed me the price would increase additional $55. That is $107 for basic manicure and pedicure with gel white tips. Outrageous! Both procedures took maybe 30 minutes. I left with white polish on my fingers, and the tips not completely covered. I always go here for pedicures and the service is generally okay, but this week was horrible. The nail tech put the callus buster on my heels and must've grabbed my ankle because I got a horrible chemical burn. They refused a refund and would do nothing to remedy the situation.
