He proceeded to add another topcoat and once he was finished I asked him if he could look at my nails again and tell me if he was sure it will settle, he said yes. I asked will this make my nails chip because of the bubbles in the polish. He said "No, it's because of the powder and it should be fine." 4 days later still bubbles and the dip chipped.

I was waiting for my toe nails to dry enough to have the foam spacer removed and put my sandles on. I asked o e of the girls that was on her phone enjoying it. She said wait a little while longer so I did, I asked her to help out my sandles on. She said you can do it yourself and continued on her phone. Bad service, I may look elsewhere, it's not cheap. Toe nails can get dinged up easily. Put the phones down and pay attention to your customers

Pros: Availability. This spa is in Manchester, so they had good availability. Wendy was definitely good at what she does! Randi has fabulous customer service. Later hours for us worker bees. Cons: Very low budget salon for such extremely high rates. Serious upselling to the point of discomfort for services, but no products in store because no one can afford to stock them. A little arrogant about how much better and more ethical she is over any other esthetician. Overall, I can't say I wouldn't return if the price was reasonable, but I get the same procedure in the Boro for $50 at a high end place now that would cost me $100 in Manchester at a small salon without any pressure to buy more services, but still happy to educate for when I'm ready.
