the place is not even clean they have roaches and the man walls around with no shoes that is just so unsanitary I showed to lady picture of what I wanted she said okay and started doing my nails then said she doesn't know how to do what I asked for and she does not have patience to even try asked if I could come bak in 2 hours so her husband so he can do the French tips and the design I was so mad then she made me pay before o left I called 2 hours later just for her to say wait one more cuz he is not there this place need to be shut down my nails are uneven just a waste of fucking money read more

Came here with my grandma to get our nails done.. not even a week later my nails are popping off like glue ons. Extremely disappointing considering I paid $85 for these nails that were plain black and not even close to an inch off my finger!!!! And of course I didn't appreciate the lady asking me how I wiped with nails in front of OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!! After this experience, I'm sticking with Posh Nails in Manchester. If you plan to go here, don't even THINK about using a credit card. The owners have a credit card machine but will give you such a hard time over their business fees (which are negligible, as I too am a business owner) that you end up spending all of your cash. I had planned to give a generous tip, as I always do, but after the owner interrogated me over how much cash I had I ended up giving her the exact amount. She also made fun of me and asked if that was my first pedicure. I take good care of my feet and will not be returning for my, as she put it, "yearly pedicure." read more

I'm a guy and got a pedicure. They were rude. The tech asked me what color polish I wanted. When I said a neutral or darker color she said they don't paint men's nails because men don't remove the polish and it's bad for the nails. That's a load of crap as I know women who only take the polish off just to change the color. As a customer should get what I ask for after all I'm paying for it. read more
