That response is not only inaccurate--it is evasive and deeply disappointing, given the pain I've endured and the trust I placed in your care. Let me clarify the facts: 1. Dr. Aquino's assistant told me he received a direct call from Dr. Matt the day before I spoke to her. So Dr. Matt had the time to call Dr. Aquino, personally, to discuss me--yet he did not speak to me, examine me properly, or respond to the pain I was in. What exactly did he discuss with Dr. Aquino? 2. When I was seen in your office this month, I was still wearing the last retainers from the treatment Dr. Matt gave me. Nothing had changed in my mouth until I got the veneers--which is why I came back to you. I told you I was in pain. I told you my veneers had fallen off multiple times. I told you one was now crooked. And I asked for a new retainer to hold the shape from your treatment. You refused to help. 3. Instead of offering a retainer or checking my scans, you told me to go back to Dr. Mendez--a different dentist, who does not even accept my insurance, and would require another $7,000 in cosmetic surgery. This was after I had already been cut without consent, left numb, and harmed by another dentist. You sent me away like nothing happened. 4. And now--after all that--I'm told that you no longer have my records from "five years ago"? Even the IRS requires tax documents for seven years. You were my treating orthodontist. You have a legal responsibility to retain my records, and I'm demanding them now. I never have to wait long when checking in or out - they even complete the insurance papers and submit them - a service my dentist doesn't provide, so I greatly appreciate that. The entire team is super nice to the kids and makes sure they are comfortable and calm; i noticed it wasn't only mine but other kids in the office were also just as happy. A lot of staff smiling faces, even the other hygienists in the office not working with us too! The dentist, Dr. Cavanaugh is great at explaining everything to the kids, showing them pictures and telling stories on her work while working with the kids. Long story short, I found this practice on Yelp. They had fabulous reviews. I called and got an appointment within two days (it was not an emergency). Dr. Christopher Stanosheck thoroughly evaluated my tooth and crown. Luckily, he was able to re-cemented it back in place! It was good I went in, because I had bacteria and debris that had worked its way under the crown and it was irritating my gum, etc. He was able to clean that out and probably saved me from getting an infection and having a much bigger problem. Dr. Stanosheck was very kind as well as knowledgeable, and his office staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone without reservation.
