Simply put, Dr. Kush Patel and the entire staff are awesome! The front desk folks are friendly and efficient. Everything in the office is run right on time. The office atmosphere is friendly and low key. All blood draws are done in house. Their phlebotomists are friendly and expert. Dr. Patel is amiable, caring and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with the entire office visit. I cannot recommend these folks more highly.

It is relaxing just talking to her. She shows compassion and truly cares about you! I had an accident and needed an urgent referral and the staffs took care of my issue right away. I aslo needed some immunization and record for my immigration paper and they were prompt, gave me the follow-up phone call and a copy of my record in the mail (I did not even ask for any of this). Talking about an excellent customer service. I cannot imagine anybody who would not like her as their doctor. Highly recommended!

You will never feel rushed in her office. That said...be prepared to wait to see her. We are rarely seen on time. The office staff is not the friendliest. Her nurse is always great with the kids. Dr. Arline is super involved with your care so it is comforting to have her when you have an issue. As I sit here waiting ONCE again to see her I tell myself I know the physical she does on my child will be a thorough one. The kids like her too which make going to the doctor with the kids easier. Her nurse knows how to give a ahot so that the kids don't even flinch which is another perk. I would suggest her as a primary care.

I am astounded and disappointed at being expected to wait 11 MONTHS to get an appointment to…read moreestablish with any of the several female family doctors, GPs or internists at Baycare Medical Group/Bardmoor. The scheduling staff cheerfully blows by any objections I have to this with a "take it or leave it" stance that makes me think they are powerless to help. I am left with no option but to wait or forego care altogether, and that feels really disrespectful. I also think it's irresponsible to make patients wait so long that it's impossible to meet the recommended interval between health screenings and services. This experience leaves me with no confidence that the practice will take care of me if I ever get do sick. It doesn't matter how fancy the facility nor how good the quality of care, if care is inaccessible.
