The bark was so savory and sweet. Rich and decadent. Just wonderful. I also had my family partake and they loved it as well. All in all, I was so impressed and fell in love with this place. We went to this shop and tried their Christmas chocolate-covered cherries, and they were extremely good!! One of the best things we've tried. I'm not sure if it's a seasonal thing, but I definitely recommend that you go check them out. You won't regret it, for sure. The only thing I didn't like was that we had a lot of trouble paying. The tap payment didn't work, and the option to insert the card didn't work either. We ended up having to give our card number to the employee so she could process the payment manually. Because of that, I'd recommend being prepared and bringing cash. The truffles were okay (I'd say there are other places with better truffles) but but overall, the cherries are absolutely worth going for.

Route 66 signs, Coca-Cola decorations, black-and-white checkered floors. Felt like one of those old roadside diners from the 1950s. Honestly, the place has so much personality, not just another ice cream shop. The people working there were super friendly and nice too, which made it even better. I kept it simple and got a chocolate scoop in a waffle bowl. The ice cream was super creamy and refreshing. The chocolate flavor was rich but smooth. Classic old-school chocolate taste, deep cocoa flavor with that creamy finish that stays on your tongue after each bite. The waffle bowl added a nice crunch and that fresh waffle smell made the whole thing even better together. Simple order, but it really hit the spot. Definitely one of those places you come back to just for the vibe alone.

The man (I assume the owner) was so friendly and happy, and yes, he lured us with a free sample of taffy grapes. I knew this was going to be a sale when I saw how awesome the taffy grapes looked, and then when I tried one holy cow! They tasted like a mini caramel apple with nuts, except.. not an apple, a grape. And not too much caramel. Ooooooo sooo good. Just enough sweetness. We got a big cup of grapes to share later. I couldn't resist the cute little cake pops that were made in a tiny little ice cream cone cup. I got one for my mom and she really enjoyed it. Can't wait to come back to the market to get some more taffy grapes! I can't believe I neglected to take a photo but if you go to their website their grapes on the site look just like what they sell in person. MMM!
