It was very refreshing (1 part olive oil : 1 part vinegar) over spring greens and veggies. I use the oils to marinate fish. The vendor's representative at the Block is knowledgeable and obviously likes to cook. She shares different uses with every interaction. With the pandemic, I was forced to expand my cooking skills.
