The girls got crepes which they ate with gusto but were both disappointed with the amount of fillings for the price. Friend got the Ron Swanson. Eeeek! I just love a wonderfully cozy coffee shop. We were traveling through the area for business,…read moreand I'm always one to scope out the best coffee in the area. I'm happy to say Collage was just that! They hit the ball out of the park! My husband consistently gets an oat milk mocha at every coffee shop, and this had his stamp of approval. I got the seasonal sugar cookie latte (according to the kind barista it is a mix of butter extract and birthday cake syrups, yum!) it was just a touch sweet for me, but I am not someone who would typically go for the sweeter drink on the menu. But today I needed a sweet pick me up. Either way, it was delicious! You can taste the flavor of the latte while the coffee flavor still shines through- just the perfect balance! They have a variety of drink options including kombucha, coffee, and tea. A little bummed I wasn't in the area longer to head back for a booch, as the flavor options sounded delicious. They also had a small variety of baked goods and some different panini options- definitely seems like their food options are best on Saturdays when their brunch menu is in full effect. Inside the space is both spacious and cozy! Decorated a bit for the holidays, and places to sit and yap- love that for the locals. Single room bathrooms that were also spacious and clean. Overall, a wonderful stop with kind and helpful staff, clean spacious and cozy amenities, and top notch coffee!

The wife loved the Medium blend and enjoyed every drop. I got the Ham and Dijon on everything. Great balance between the Meat, Cheese and mustard, which most of the time the Dijon is way to light or too much. I would give it 8 or 10, if the bagel was toasted or grilled, it would been a 10 out of 10. The wife enjoyed the chicken salad. She said it was a little sweet but nothing overbearing. We will definitely stop by when we are in the area again.

Quality coffee, Great value, Free parking. Wonderful local touch!…read more It's on Market Street, so no matter where you are, it's near. Every blend I've tried is outstanding, but my favorite is the Hylander Grogg. You can smell the amazing aroma before your first sip! Order a 20oz unsweetened, no added flavorings or sugar. Add a layer of steamed half-and-half on top. It cuts the sharpness perfectly and makes it taste --trust me, the sweetness is balanced perfectly! Their cinnamon rolls are my fav, the atmosphere is cozy, and customer service is incredibly kind and personable. They do have limited hours, so make sure to check their schedule before you head out! Plus, they have a "frequent flyer" loyalty punch card that makes visiting even sweeter-- fill it up and get a free cup of coffee! Highly recommend supporting this wonderful local spot!
