It is setup to order at the counter then you wait for them to call out your order when it is ready. The pizza operation looked legit and smelled great. This side also has some breakfast muffin type things, a nice area with nice round tables and chairs, and a front window that lets in light. I called to add something on to the order and gave details and to confirm they could do it, they said yes. I get my order and it's not even in the same zip code as what I ordered, I called that night to confirm my additional order was correct because I was disappointed with what I got and felt screwed, I was so disappointed I ran to GE to get new cupcakes. When I called and spoke to the owner he was very dismissive and didn't show any empathy towards the mess up, instead I was met with "it's a busy time of year and my ladies in the bakery are making thousands of items and i'm surprised they are still standing" while I have compassion towards that and can understand I still paid for a service $60 to be exact to get something I didn't ask for, If you're that swamped I suppose you shouldn't of taken my order to begin with. I will no longer come back since my order wasn't an importance to your business.
