I had my eyebrows microbladed first the first time and I was very nervous. Although they had shape, they were very sparse in spots. Liana is the leader in how to navigate a safe and healthy business during a pandemic. She always was the top level of sanitation at her salon but during covid she has taken it to levels that are truly above and beyond. Acrylic glass between each nail station, no customers waiting in the waiting area they wait in their cars, all technicians were gloves and masks and sanitize work stations in between clients, even the seats have disposable wraps on them. When you walk in you have to fill out a waiver and then immediately wash your hands they also check your temperature prior to your appointment. She also has a hospital grade company coming out to clean the whole salon regularly. Now on to her exceptional care and technique for my nails. I got a hard gel no chip manicure, she had no problem doing four different colors, took her time and was meticulous as always. This was my first time getting a manicure since covid began in March. She also was very communicative throughout the whole process, before, during and after. The place was very pretty, everyone there was so nice, they were very professional, and my nails look awesome will definitely be coming back! Update- I was very nervous after coming back from covid. I could not have been more disappointed with the services I received here. I got a gel full set and no-chip pedicure for my wedding day. My nails were so bulky, chunky, and uneven. I have never done this but since it was for my wedding, I asked the technician to redo them. She tried to reshape them but they were still uneven and bulky. Please do your research before making any appointments. I've never done a review on any healthcare provider before because I am a healthcare provider, but I felt I needed to do this to let others know. I had a horrible experience with Liana (Fancy Shmancy PMU Clinic). I have a scar on my forehead and cheek. I paid $1300 for scar camouflage. The ink came off within 3 days, and the scar became darker. She kept texting me to wait and that the scar's appearance would improve. I waited 3 months and no improvement. She then said a 2nd treatment was needed. If I paid someone $1300 and the scar appearance got worse, I will not pay another $1300 to see if there will be an improvement. I was hoping for a small improvement. I had to make an appointment with a dermatologist to help figure out the next best solution to fix her mistake. I read her reviews prior and most were positive (I don't see how that's possible). Please do your research and not waste your money. read more
