They did reschedule my appointment because the original nail tech couldn't do DD. Gulzat handled my manicure and did a very nice job, we talked about perfumes (Baccarat Rouge, she complimented me), she offered me a drink, changed up the color when I asked for more sparkle, and did a neat and clean job, nice cuticles. The manicure was a bit more compared to the other salons I've been to recently, and my hands were dry (no lotion). There are other beauty services offered at Legen--I'm allergic to--dary, so I might check them out. All jokes aside, I think my manicure at Legendary was nicely done. They typically do very well at match mart and Marianne takes great care in ensuring my nail beds never got compromised during removal. Unfortunately this is not the standard for all salons. Whoever helped me exclusively used a drill, I am assuming because she wanted to save time. I had to tell her multiple times that my nail bed was getting too hot and even jumped in pain. Only once ever did I get a removal service like this elsewhere and I never went back - unfortunately I won't be back at this location either. Two weeks later and my nails are still splitting as the grow up and in incredible pain. In short, It took me weeks and weeks to grow my nails out and now I have to start from square -10. This is hurts like crazy, I told the lady she was drilling too much and she said "that's what she had to do". This is just unacceptable.
