Horrific experience! It was my daughter's first time waxing her eyebrows. I told that to the person in charge for waxing, Case. I do not know how but she ended up over waxing my daughter's one side. She kept ignoring me when I asked about it and when I asked her what do we do about this she tried to tell me that my daughter did not have hair there to begin with and this was not her fault. That is when I got really upset! She had the audacity to try and pin this on something else but her! I am attaching a photo so that you clearly see the blood from the hair that was extracted. Despicable! We left and my daughter sobbed all the way home... shame on them! I will warn anyone and everyone from now on to never go there for waxing. Partly my fault for walking in so late but I got a rush job pedi. So the full relaxing treatment wasn't there. Still they manage to squeeze in a callous rub for me which I didn't think I really need. At least sweet patient technician Kelly recommended a more complimenting color to conceal my beat up nail beds. She almost skipped on the glossy polish b/c I kept her from family dinner time. Again, super guilty ab/that. Of course I apologized & vowed to observe operation hours better next time. Basically I just wanted badly to avoid weekends when they're even more swamped. Cool deal: located next to a laundry mat & Cold Stone Creamery which means you can double your errands while having some ice cream treats on the side. =) read more

Worst nails I've ever had. First I just wanted acrylic full set which stated $23 then when I went to choose what colors the nail technician put out for me everything kept going up and up (I get that certain ones cost more but it was certain things like I asked if she was going to push my cuticle back, not cut, and she said five more dollars) So I got back to just the acrylic like in the first place and she says it's $25...I said it says $23...again she just says no $25. Once started she was very aggressive and every little thing I asked from the shape of my nails to the thickness to getting off the leftover nail to the paint job she was extremely bothered and argumentative. I was very uncomfortable and wasn't happy with my nails through the whole ordeal but obviously when speaking up was met with an attitude and not listening anyway I eventually just shut my mouth and concluded I was going to walk out of there with crappy nails. Now home I've desperately been trying to fix them but they are unfixable without going in somewhere else and paying again. After a series of horrible gel manicures from around the area, I came into this place today because my nails are horrible. I was immediately seated because there was only one other person there. I chose a color and the tech got started. She seemed to go rather fast which scares me because I have not had a good mani in probably 6 months. Every time I go it lifts it chips within a week. Anyway- she did a pretty good job. All of my nails are the same length which hasn't happened in awhile. I love the color too. To be honest - at the end her hand massage was half a**ed but it was the end of the day (though my favorite part to be honest). As long as the gel stays up, I am coming back her! My mom looks hawaiian but is full vietnamese and my dad is mexican and white and very tall so my race is very ambiguous. I didn't like the shape or the quality of their work and they complained when we asked them to fix anything. Then prices didn't add up. New full set is $23 adding gel polish was additional $10, somehow my mom got charged $50 with no designs just 2 rhinestones on one finger per hand - I guess rhinestones are $5 per stone. If you go here and you aren't Viet they are talking shit on you the entire time amongst themselves. read more

Horrible!!!! I used to think this place was ok until today. I walked in and they told me to sit down, I picked out my color and waited over 20 mins to finally be seated in the pedicure chair. She filled it up with a little bit of cold water then walked away. I waited for over 50 minuets before finally walking out! As she saw me walking out she said "oh I can help you now" and I said "I've been waiting too long". If they were busy or knew there was going to be a wait, they should ALERT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They make you feel very welcomed and comfortable on top of the quality service. They take their time and make sure I am happy with the results instead of rushing people in and out like some places. My first time here and my last. Thought I'd get a relaxing pedi and left with a bloody toe! All of the staff seemed very nice, the salon was clean, and the nice cold bottle of water was refreshing. However, the lady totally ripped my cuticle! Two days later, my toe is still sore and starting to get infected! Amy is by far one of my favorite people to do my nails... Although I have never had a problem with anyone here. They use good product. I like the gel polish color selection. Horrible customer service - take clients when your there waiting to be attended with an appointment. they change the prices daily depending on their mood. Get pissy when you try to correct them - even tho your paying their get mad when you tell them what you want. They don't honor their loyalty stamp card without a big hoo ra and scene because they want to get paid full price even tho you paid full price 10+ times before getting $5 dollars off. Finally got tired of giving them chance after chance to make me feel relaxed and pampered that it got worse each visit I decided to stop going glad I did and found a new place where they ask for each nail if shape and everything is okay and brought all my friends and family here too that I recommended to Fancy Nails who also got treated poorly. Don't have to travel more that 5 minutes to a better place that wont talk shit on you and welcomed my children and interacted with them like normal people too as they sat on the couch waiting patiently.
